Kitz Boutique Hotel & Restaurant

Nice and clean hotel close to the shopping area and parking

Center of town and next to a parking

The staffs there are fine. They provide 15€ parking which is convenient that can go to the Outlet by foot in 3 minutes.

They don’t provide mineral water for free. It’s a small room with nothing.

The price is good.

We were woken up by heavy metal music in the middle night. Luckily we fell asleep quickly after the music stopped. Otherwise I would not give a 8 score.

good location

AC was not working inside the rooms (!) and the mattress was too small. Not so comfortable due to those two factors.

Location and cleaning

Non balcony for smokers

Breakfast was very good and the location was also fine. The hotel is smart and a bit "empty", and I liked the arkitektur.

Nothing at all

Clean and big rooms, in the city center. Very nice staff.

No air conditioning in the room

It failed in terms of cleanliness. There was a lot of hair, etc. on the floor. The lack of air conditioning in the hotel is another disadvantage

I love everything about this hotel. From staff, to breakfast, location, rooms, parking possibilities in garage (no roof box on car possible though).

Wi-Fi missing on TV for streaming

nothing too dirty and needs some repairs

all, the price does not match the facilities

Very pragmatic and good location

It was clean but the smell of detergents and chemical cleaning was omnipresent

Cozy, practical and quite. Very clean.

Uncomfortable bed, no space for bags. However, it fine for 1-2 night stay.

The location was ideal, in the centre of the outlet city. Although I arrived late the people of the hotel where extremely helpful and did everything they could to help me check in.

Simple pretty place for one night. It’s all concrete and wood so insulation isn’t perfect so you can hear a lot reg street noise, next door, corridor .. mattress isn’t amazing, could be more firm and pillows very basic as well. Size of the room ok for one night. Parking is 12€. It’s public parking but they give a prepaid card.

Location

Room was very small wit every basic furniture. Wardrobe really small

The location is great! Just beside the shops and with a parking garage. Really great lications. The design of the hotel is very cute, although everything is only concrete. The staff is very friendly.

The floors in the room need a scrub, a cleaning now and then would be useful. The rooms are small, but enough for a night. The beds are not very comfortable, the matresses are hard.

Within walking distance to the outlet

The rooms are not fitted with air-conditioning and it’s hot and stuffy most of the time. Not equipped with fridge and no bottled water,Grocery was closed as early as 6pm across the street, housekeeping…just two knocks and they open the door, should have pre warnings I.e do not disturb signs. Should have door locks within the door for more security.
