We called the reception 3 days in a row to fix the heating because the room was a constnt temperature and it was cold. They said they will fix and the temperature was the same.

I absolutely love the Tor. The staff is exceptional, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I was able to eat dinner in the hotel restaurant this time, and the food was delicious. Special shout outs to Andrea on reception and Nicoletta in the bar/restaurant.

I do feel the breakfast is a bit over-priced given the lack of hot food options, however the items available are tasty and well presented.

No lounge area, bar and restaurant restricted times. Taxi service attached to hotel very expensive and they changed price once booked.

The staff were fantastic, the breakfast was very good and the location was great.

The hotel was not fully open and could not offer us use of their bar or restaurant therefore, we needed to walk to the local village to have food or any drinks. We could see this would have been a fantastic hotel however, no facilities were open for us to use. We were left on our own for the first night and given a phone number to call, if anything happened. This was more of a bed and breakfast for us rather than a hotel.

Too warm Room (25.8 C) and thermostat not working, had to keep the window open full night. The sleep was disrupted several times. Shower wasn’t able to mix Warm & cold water.. it was coming one after other.Breakfast was 16,50€ but wasn‘t getting refilled.

The rooms are clean and tidy (although super noisy because of the road).

The hotel it positioned on very busy road, and if you are on the front side of the hotel (which half the room are), you can hear the cars all night, it's especially bad when it is raining (as wet roads are noisier).The restaurant was open one evening, just not to residents (!), despite managing to put on a function in the restaurant one of the nights, the hotel being "completely full this weeknd" (to quote the receptionist) and there being boards out showing what you could order at the restaurant, the restaurant was closed to people staying at the hotel!The breakfast was appalling / a complete rip off, c. €20 / person and only 1 of 3 'hot' items were available when we went down one morning (a full hour before breakfast officially closed) and they'd run out of most other things (yogurts, fruit etc).Sofa bed was outrageously uncomfortable.

The gym was not in the property but on the other hotel, and the timings were not clear, gym closes earlier than what described in the hotel.

relative new hotel. rooms where ok. furniture was basic but all new. Minibar with no extra charge for soft drinks.

Breakfast basic but OK. No reception after 18.00h. Restaurant closed on monday.

The free non-alcoholic drinks in the room (mini-bar). My dinner was very tastful.

I was only one night in your hotel and very happy with all. The staff at the check-in and in the restaurant was very friedlly.Therfore I have no comments about this. question.
