I liked everything about this hotel. Couldn't be better

Only one staff member was weird, for the rest it was all good

Nice pools and bathing facilities.

We ordered a double bed but were given a twin bed room. I think this may be the results of your asking our preference and the information not taken seriously bt the hotel.

Good location. Good value.

During a 3-day stay, I experienced strong, continuous bad odor coming from bathroom drains. I purchased a bottle of vinager and poured in them, but bad odor continued.

Rooms provided were absolutely amazing , with a great ocean view and great location to the dalmatas caves

That even something as basic as a beach towel was chargeable, maybe it makes sense but i have never faced this issue before.

Location is just amazing! Next to the sea side. Plus, city green area between the hotel and the front of the beach. Quite street. Comfortable bed, fresh linen and towels, good room service. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is just outstanding! Worth it definitely! Amazing kitchen team! Hotel staff are friendly and helpful indeed.

It would be nice to have sleepers in the rooms, bathrobes upon requests, a note and a pen in rooms. A triple room looks quite small for 3 adults.

If you are on diet dont book all inclusive. You can't hold your fingers away from the food it is too good. There is allmost nothing i can complain about. Its recommended

The sun beds there could be more space for the sunbeds. and people reserve them with towel hole day while they are out of the hotel and they come back in the last hours and the sunbeds stay empty. You have to wake up early in the morning to get one. Waking up early on vacation is not what people want. There should be more control over on that part. The entertainment was a violinist she played well but sad music is not wat i want to hear on my vacation. weak on entertainment

Change the menu more frequently

Very good breakfast and location of hotel

a bit small of you are not taking extra room or family room (not sure how larger it is comparison to regular one)

reception people were very nice. Other staff need really to have to know some English the communication was really hard especially with maintenance people

The bathroom need hooks for towels. The shower heads need to be more flexible to aim down. It was going up and down put the head was not aiming down.

We upgrade the room because standard room was not nice and we got nice suite room on top floor

We don't like extra pay for beach towels 150 TLExtra pay for sunbeds and beach bar We had all inclusive but whatever you want u must pay extra for everything its bad

the central location near the beach shops and bars, large rooms, cleaned daily, fresh towels and bedding changed, staff friendly and helpful at all times

on arrival was given a room overlooking trees with NO sea view, was able to change rooms when one became available 3 days later…not ideal. this was the second visit to this hotel we found the food to be warm from the hot counters, soups were warm although improved the second week. lunch and dinner menu very repetitive

Friendly staff, nice room with beautiful view. Perfect location, many restaurants nearby. Great massage.

Food was almost the same but not too bad. Sunbeds for a fee. We waited 40min for a taxi to the airport :(

The hotel is is a good location across from the beach and close to a castle with beautiful views.

All inclusive was a bit confusing as imported drinks aren’t included.

- Receptionists and other staff were very attentive and polite- Room was really big with huge balcony and big shower cabin (but we had a room for 3). Probably other rooms are not so large- The table was long, it's even possible to work - Room facilities were good. We didn't have iron, but probably we could ask at the reception- Air conditioned worked properly- We had Breakfasts and Dinners included - dished were very tasty, good variety of meat, fish, turkey, vegetables, fruits, sweets. One day we even had sushi. Also there is orange fresh every morning (for additional cost).- Location is great, this is in the center, close to the Teleferik, first beach line- Related beach was well occupied, it has bar, umbrellas, sunbeds. The managers of the beach were polite and attentive, they timely moved umbrellas when needed, kept beach clean. Water in the sea was so transparent and warm, it was a pleasure to swim.

- WiFi network blocked attempts to VPN connection (for me it was needed, but I had workaround)- WiFi blocked several websites, e.g. Instagram, YouTube and. For me it wasn't a problem, but for my friend it was important- we had neighbor at nearest room who spoke loudly on phone at night and laughed - other things were perfect

the view from balcony was amazing … great location at the beach with lot of restaurant nearby.

Like everywhere else there are bad apples inbetween the staff, however I will not let 1-2 rude night shift staff ruin the hard work and dedication of everyone else.

Good location. Spacious family room which had two rooms in it. Tasty breakfast.

At the check out we were asked to pay for orange fresh which was served for breakfast. They literally forced me to take that juice in the morning and nobody said that it is not included into breakfast and you need to pay extra. It’s not about money at all, it’s about feeling cheated. Personnel at the reception was very unfriendly and certainly not hospitable.
