Beautiful hotel, very clean, contemporary. Amazing view from the top floor suite. Exceptionally friendly and accommodating staff members. Great food selection and food always made fresh. It’s the second time staying at the hotel. Definitely would come back!

Loved everything

New furnished rooms and the dryer rack on the balcony. The staff Is nice. We were allowed to use the showers in the sauna zone after we checked out. We received 2 bottles of water for our trip back home.

The kettle in the room is leaking if you put more than 200 ml. We asked to replace it, but the new kettle had the same problem. The staff pretended that they didn't know about this problem. Probably not many people use the kettle and complain. But we used it as I need to take warm water regularly. The reception information notes offer to buy a late check out option but we couldn't receive it. They told us that the hotel was booked out.

Very good breakfast. Fresh fruit and plenty of choice of food. Nice hotel staff. Clean and quiet - perfect for relaxing. A big advantage is the heated pool in which it is great to swim on colder November days. Rooms new and very clean.

Nothing extended our stay

Lovely hotel. Staff were friendly and professional. Food was excellent (huge choice at breakfast). The room was clean spacious and comfortable. I would stay again.

You couldn’t fault anything at the hotel. The staff were all very friendly, hard working and helpful and the hotel was spotlessly clean. If I return to Alanya I would definitely stay again.

All was great

The rooms are more comfortable than many 5-star hotel rooms. Cleanliness is impeccable. The hotel is in the most beautiful location of Alanya. The view from my balcony was amazing. And the most important thing for me is that all the staff are professional and friendly, I have never seen an unhappy staff there.

If the umbrellas and chairs on the beach were free for hotel customers, this hotel would be even more perfect. But I enjoy lying on the sand with a towel, so that wasn't a problem for me.

Food variety wasn’t good. In a week's time, all the food has had time to get boring.

The rooms were very tidy and nice. Our room had an amazing view to the sea. It was easy talking with the staff and asking help. The pool area was very nice and the rooms were not too hot, eventhough the weather outside was.

Some of the staff memebers were not so nice. They were a bit rude, even though we were really respectful towards them, and would have given tips, if we had had some nicer customer service.

Staff super nice and always ready to help. Generally very clean and comfy beds. Appreciate that they had wheelchair we could rent out for grandma. Beach was very close and had always sun beds for rent available. Pool area was nice.

I think pictures are better than reality. I expected lobby area to be more cosy. Elevator is very small for only 4 people max and you have to wait forever. Breakfast was very poor. Should be better variety, there was no ham, no milk products, no porridge, fruits are not good. One can not eat same average omlet for 10 days.

Great location, service & overall condition. Pool area in excellent condition, albeit that towels are not offered at the pool area or for the beach.

The “discounted” prices offered to guests for access to the hotel’s beach club no.6 are the same prices being offered to the general public.Personally, I would rather utilise the neighbouring beach no.9, which has better facilities and at a cheaper cost.

We got the Cleopatra suite and I highly recommend it! As it faces the beach and you're on the top floor! Staff were, welcoming polite and approachable. Hotel extremely clean! Please get the all inclusive package! You won't regret it! It's buffet style but food is cooked freshly and very delicious!
