Kleopatra Atlas Hotel - Adults Only

We were in that hotel already second time and would come back again. The location is very good and rooms and staff are nice!

I would like to see more fruits in meal times. In September sun is by the pool only about 3 hours.

The food was excellent.

Very noisy until early morning hours. Uncomfortable bed.

The hotel’s condition left much to be desired. The room had outdated furnishings, with hard mattresses and uncomfortable pillows. The bathroom was poorly ventilated, leading to a lingering damp smell. Every time we took a shower, water would remain on the floor because the drain was oddly positioned on a raised surface.We had booked a double bed, but upon arrival, we were given two separate single beds insteadюDining was far from a relaxing experience. The staff constantly interrupted by removing plates prematurely and repeatedly asking if we were finished, making it impossible to enjoy our meals in peace.While most of the staff were friendly, our departure experience left a sour taste. When we tried to return our beach towels (for which they take a deposit), the man at the reception responded rudely and mockingly, stating that he had no idea about it, as it was the SPA, not the reception, that handled the towels.To top it all off, the elevator was incredibly slow and stuffy. We often had to wait up to 5 minutes just to use it.Additionally, there were enormous cockroaches, which was quite unsettling.

Location was perfect ! Room and hotel was clean

Breakfast was very limited and poor. Everything was seriously bad. Rooms were too small. Alcoholic Drinks made me very ill I don't know what's inside the red wine and gin but it was god awful. I struggled to stomach anything having there drinks so decided to buy my own bottle. The food was very miss with a few good days. There was also NO music, NO entertainment no nothing I felt so deprived and bored. Please please don't book here. I'm not often one to leave bad reviews and be a serial moaner but your hard earned money can be spent at a much much better stay. The only good thing about the hotel is the location. Also forgot to mention 0 all inclusive cocktails just BAD wine, BAD GIN every alcohol BAD

This is all inclusive hotel in Alanya. That means 3 meals a day + snacks, drinks, coffee, beer, wine. Actually food and kitchen is what makes this hotel best value in town. Last time we stayed in Xperia Bali Hotel and food was not even close to Kleopatra Atlas. Here star of every dinner is a grill that provides a best meal of day. Lentil soup was also amazing. Could not get enough of that. Great sweets.

Rooms are a bit tired looking. Shower stall in our room (105) was missing one glass panel. There are no reading lights. But you forget all those little things when you have 3 x full buffet meals a day!

It was clean and the location was good.

A lot of noise because of construction in front of that. Also, they gave a couple a room with two single beds. The view was reserved as pool view but they gave us the front view with a lot of noise with separate beds. They didn’t mention the construction anywhere.Internet was disaster, I have to use my personal one, because they share it for too many people probably.Food varied but quality was not based on our taste.Most of time you want go to all inclusive hotels to be relaxed not listen to noise.

Fantastic location in alanya great facilities for the price. Fantastic showers are almost too powerful, lol

My room was a little noisy due to being next to the lift but overall great experience

There was no blanket in the room!? Winther is cold at night we had the most uncomfortable sleep. There was a kettle in the room but no tea bag or coffee or any bewreges! No soap or shampoo or any other cleaning agent in the room. Dinner quality was not to the normal Turkish standard. Construction noises under our windows from early morning.

Location, food, view! Hamam 25 EUR was nice. Close to all attractions and the beach.

Poor soundproofing, bad smell in the bathroom.

Food was good, free bus on the beach and hotel stuff are excelent.

Pool was so cold

This is small but very nice hotel. He stay very close to the very nice beach. Clean, nice food, nice staff

You need look and maybe repair or change matras or bad in room and sometimes light turn off maybe problem with place for card

A brilliant hotel! The location was amazing, 2 mins to the beach, 10 mins to the centre. Absolutely perfect. The food in the hotel was also really good, the menu was changing everyday, everyone and anyone will find something for themselves. The staff was also really nice and friendly. I recommend it!

The food was amazing!! It was so good. The staff was very polite and very good. The receptionists was very good and helpfull. Special thank you to Burak, made the experience better with good service.

The location is excellent, food was pretty ok, with some variety. I stayed for only 4 nights so didn't have time to get bored

The gym is not a gym- it's hardly a workout room..Restaurant - The staff turns down the lights as soon as the time slot for the meal has come. That's rude. You need to either move to the outside area or finish in the dark. Once I was asked ( politely) to hand over my plate which was still rude.

The greatest location! It is near all main attractions — the castle, the cave, Cleopatra beach, downtown. Very kind stuff, soooo delicious meals! Also, a good wi-fi connection in a room

Our double room was very small, but for us it it ok.But, the noises around were not ok at all. There is no soundproofing, so from 9am we had to listen all types of noise, that includes loud talks by cleaners in the near rooms, some noise from a street, some kind of construction noise, etc..And, our “garden view” it is just a view on the wall ? but we had came not for the view :)

Sadly they have had a management change with 99% of front of house/waiting/bar staff have left. The old management had a caring frequent guest policy. Not with this new management. All about money. Even though advertised we have never had a room with a double bed. Previously they would oblige and if asked push two beds together. Not the new team. We were greeted with a NO not possible. So we did it ourselves. Sadly had good times there but will never return again.
