Green Garden Resort & Spa Hotel

We have been to this hotel few times during past years. This time we were celebrating my husband’s birthday ? guest relations’ stuff helped me to organise it, special thanks to Alexandra? our attitude is still the same as previous, we would like to come back to this hotel again) in the summer it is very busy with lot of families, and in the autumn it is much quieter)) the staff is very good everywhere, the cleaning service is also at the good level ?? superior Rooms are different, depends on the building, you will be accommodated)

It is still the quality of wines, even that is not so important, but still part of all inclusive. Also, we didn’t like the superior rooms, located next to reception.

Exceptionally friendly people work here: everybody from the reception workers and the wonderful Client Satisfaction Manager Yuliya, to gardeners, waiters, transport guy, lifeguards, spa workers, animators and many others that took good care of making our stay great.

Some technical details that need to be fixed both in rooms and public areas.

Bad WiFi.

The pool is nice, however, you have to get in early to reserve a spot, even though this is not allowed. There is plenty of food available, with lots of choice. Rooms are nice and clean.

Based on our own experience, and the advice of other travellers, there was an outbreak of gastro at the resort when we were there. This made us less confident using the open buffet to its fullest potential

Nothing! As much as we tried our best to stay upbeat for the children, it was a holiday from hell leaving us never wanting to return to Turkey full stop.

Unwelcoming reception staff who never smile & are rude who never seem to want to help you when you have issues (only a handful of staff who could speak English & was willing to assist - Sedef, Habib & staff within the Marina restaurant - thank you!?) Rooms not as advertised or like photos, we booked a "Deluxe" apartment which was in the old section with dated decor & building site views (do not fall for the fake modern room photos), asked for more money to move rooms to new building because they have "views" which is not advertised on any platforms including their website - absolute scam! Charge €5 per day for an iron - meant to be 5 star... Rooms do not have a sofa bed as it's just a sofa you have to sleep on with just a sheet, does not open into a bed as they advertise! Unsafe & dirty beach with tunnel access filled with graffiti & homeless people with huge waves & dip in sea bed leaving my daughter to nearly drown while hotel lifeguard watches his phone & ignores my daughters cry for help! Beach bar is not part of the all inclusive package either. Poor food standards & hygiene with cats everywhere including on food trolleys eating food! Shocking & disgusting! Hotel staff do not stop this leaving guests to intervene & remove cats. Staff shout at children in the restaurant & snatch serving utensils from them while talking turkish so you can not understand what the issue is or what they are saying. 2 x family members caught sickness bugs leaving us to visit a nearby pharmacy to get medication for sickness & diarrhea. All inclusive concept non existence with everything at extra costs & you are always being hassled by spa staff to book treatments while around the pool areas. Shocking experience & leaving us never wanting to return to Turkey again. AVOID!! Currently escalating with booking.

The resort is very good for a family. The staff are very welcoming and the activities kept us busy all day. The snack bar, the drinks and of course the ice cream are all excellent.

Wifi reception at the room was not good. Except for the breakfast, the food was not to our taste.

The renovated part of the hotel was excellent, the food was pretty good: quality and variety Snack bar food was good with many options

Villas were not renovated and didn't look modernHammam wasn't clean, some mops and rugs were hanging around

Excellent resort at a nice section of the beach and close to Alanya center/castle. Amazing view from the balcony, great food every day with lots of options. Staff super friendly and helpful, you can tell about a proper management job.

You gotta pay for certain drinks and for all consumption on the beach, but prices were fair. This is a family resort so its full of children all around, quite noisy at times so you gotta expect that on arrival

Excellent location. Staff very nice and professional. Easy access to the beach. Pool area comfortable. Love to return one day. Highly recommended for families. Never seen that good breakfast, lunch and dinner options

It was the wonderful to stay in Green garden hotel. Food, location, bassein, service staff was nice, I am very happyt to stay again to Green garden hotel, and will recommend to friends.

Cat in restaurant i didnt like

With the family of seven, the stay was made exceptionally pleasant for us.Starting with smaller issues like having more room cards and beach towels to bigger issues like transportation or medication supply,then the hotel staff had answers and quick fixes for everything.In the hotel area, there are a lot of activities and places to see, and the kids will not get bored.We would especially mention Nurullah and Bunyamin from the dining area for providing class A service, thank you guys!Thanks to that duo, dining and eating there was the best part of the day, we truly enjoyed it.

If we were to mention something than it would be the smoking in non-smoking zones, some did that unwillingly, but you can tell that some just don't care and will light a cigarette right beside where people are eating.

This is not a 5 star hotel, it’s 3 star. It cuts corners at every opportunity making the whole experience just awful. Argumentative staff, very poor quality and selection of food. No fresh juices as one would expect at a 5 star resort. Food is luke warm at best and not replenished. When pointed out to the head chef, he suggested I use the microwave to warm it up! Previous day’s food is warmed up and offered the next day. No concept of half board when every hotel around the world will offer half board as breakfast, lunch or dinner. Here they insist on breakfast and dinner which didn’t suit us as we were attending wedding parties every evening. I asked for an iron, they asked for €5! When I agreed to pay, they said we’d need to pay for it up front. You should have seen the rust on the ironing board which was probably older than me! Called at 11am for help with luggage as we were checking out and told there was no staff until midday so we made our own way out. Handed over the keys and not any eye contact or good-bye. There was no point asking us if we enjoyed our stay as we fed all of this back to them which they did nothing about. Absolutely shocking experience. A hotel to avoid at all costs.

Very good service if we thi k it was ”off season”. The food was amazing lot different thing you could choose from. Everybody was very nice to us. Will come again.

Always a good hotel with nice staff, the food on all inclusive could well be more varied. but definitely a hotel that can be recommended. we have been there more than 10 times

The relaxing surroundings and close to the centre

the resort is nicely decorated, new and clean. the staff is always friendly and polite. a great choice for a holiday with friends or children.the location is great, a 5-minute walk from the resort to the beach and about 10 minutes by car to the center of Alanya

we didn't like the crowds at breakfast and dinner, if you came a little later, you didn't get a table, definitely not enough staff for such a large dining room, because they didn't manage to clean it up

Some staff members thought it's okay to laugh at my sister's and stuff behind their backs. No idea what they found funny. But found that quite rude

The hotel was beautiful swimming pools of a great size plus the aqua park .the food was great and varied we actually loved it.staff were nice and friendly and the animation team did fantastic job .location was ok as in a small town 15 mins drive to the central Alanya.we really enjoyed our stay and we will defo come back .

The beach was not good though.very deep and the current was really strong.plus the stray dogs made us really uncomfortable.Not all the staff speak English.The day i checked in the girl was telling me that i might have booked the other hotel while payment was made before and i knew what i chosen and where it is .The size of the aqua park was small a bit and open for just 2 slots of 2 hours so it gets really packed and not very safe .

Overall the resort was great with everything included. Staff service was amazing. All the Animation Team and activities, the pool loved every single bit.
