The hotel was in poor condition and did not live up to any of the 4 stars. The garbage was next to the elevator. The room itself was very disappointing. Street noise was very loud. You had to go to a neighboring building to eat. I left the hotel after 30 minutes. The correspondence with the hotel management for a refund was also very unpleasant. The hotel could not provide a refund. This hotel is not recommended. The pictures do not reflect the impression that prevails on site. Booking.com was informed about the condition of the hotel by numerous real pictures. Never go there again!

Horrible hotell, stay away

You can not call this a 4 star all inclusive!I would say 2 star! Nothing is included, horrible food, no sunbeds available, looks like a prison inside, rude staffBeachlunch had nothing other than pre made burgers thats been laying in the sun for god knows how long. This is the worst hotel iv ever stayed at in Turkey

The food was of average quality. The breakfast was the same every morning - mostly eggs, simits, cheese, fries. There were pancakes only 2 times for the whole week. Lunch and dinner - it is like you are eating the same food regardless of the time of the day.

Overall our stay in the hotel was not pleasant. The first "surprise" - we arrived by car but there was not a parking, although in the description it specifically said that there is a place to park your vehicle. The hotel is placed on a hill 1 km away from the beach. The sunbeds on the beach are paid, which surprised many people - around 6 euros. The cleaning lady never changed our towels, the sheets were changed only once for the entire stay - 7 days. The staff in the restaurant did not know English, they are indifferent to the guests and do not seem to care for their job. Overall the hotel does not worth your money - do not go there if you want to have a good vacation.

Everything. It was all well beyond my expectations. Drinks were very generous. The buffet was amazing and they kept it interesting. The snack bar was great. The 11pm soup and bread was great to soak up the booze. Staff were wonderful. Anyone who isn't physically impaired and thinks it's a long walk to the beach is quite frankly a coach potato. It's 2 blocks and about 5 mins. Register with binbin to get convenient cheap e-scooters to get to the town. I will return next year with friends. Well done to the management, chefs, cleaners, service staff and DJ.

British family who blamed the hotel for cats. You picked the wrong country if you don't like cats. Do your research and don't blame the hotel for your own incompetence.

It is a brilliant all inclusive. Got a great deal with single occ discount. Staff are amazing, hard working yet good fun. Food is fantastic, well done all involved. Very close to bus station. Well beyond my expectations.

Location, beach side.

Sounds of street cars, couldn’t sleep first night. Luckily, they upgraded the room.

Staff was so cheerfull as a lone traveller i was not feel alone Everyday have different food They got a nice beach also have a shuttle too, also they got bar in beach so all inclusive. They gave a extra large room with jackuziiThey have 2 pools much sunbeds and umbrellas. Cleanin service is exellent also. Do not hesitate anything and make ur reservation ?

We had a good experience in Blue Star Hotel. Food was delicious and fresh. Veriaty of food was ok. Thare wasn’t the same food every day.

I couldn’t pay the money with card and the reception said that it was a problem with my bank. I got to call my bank when I arrived and they said that I didn’t have any transaktions or transaktion tries in the hotel. It was so stressing for me in the begining of the arrival and finally I got to take money from ATM and pay the money in cash. My card worked everywhere in Turkey and no problem with my card or bank at all!! The beds are not so comfortable.

The staff was super friendly. The music was also good and the location and the fact that it was easy to find taxis. Its good place if u are searching for cheap place

The cats! They were everywhere even in the restaurant. Im allergic and the fact that I wasn’t allowed to eat in my room. The wifi was terrible! I had to use my own data (4g). Lol u can hear everything from the next door

Staff were friendly. Food and drinks were good.

Limited sun beds. Hotel was full and facilities were not enough for such numbers of guests. One should use a chair instead of sun bed. Swimming pool was full of children and adults. Almost no sleep because of noise from the pool bar, music until 12 midnight and more. Hotel needs to be renovated as almost no sound isolation.

Absolutely nothing

Everything! It's dirty, it smells, staff are rude, the food is horrible everything smells of fish at all times. There's cats everywhere and the photos online are nothing like the hotel at all. This is nowhere near a 4 star hotel its 2/3 at absolute best.

It was not good to stay for vacation.

They assigned a room which was very terrible dirty and old. The hotel personal was so aggressive to the clients,one of them threw water bottle directly to the people,someone could injured!!

The property was ok

the staff is rude and saying customer on face that they are liar. one of my family member was aged 60 years old and it took them 5 hours to give us the horrible room. they said they don’t care who is with you or who is not with you. The staff misbehaved and no manager intervened and resolved the issue. i will 100% avoid this hotel.

I like the spaciousness of the hotel and rooms. The staff were very friendly, always eager to help.

I was very disappointed that this hotel is rated 4 stars. The hotel reception and other facilities like the spa are amazing but the comfort of the room is not 4 star standard at all. There is not tea coffee or toiletries provided in the room. There was not even an iron to hand. They want you to pay for their ironing facilities. These items are basic in 4 star hotels.The bed are very uncomfortable. The mattresses are cheap and painful to lay on.The most annoying thing about this hotel is that there is no soundproofing in the rooms. You can literally hear everything from the rooms next door, the doors banging and the lifts going up and down. If room is by the pool you can hear everyone and music so you cannot take a nap during the day. I got no sleep for the first three nights of my stay and had to change room. Even then I could still hear my neighbours snoring through the wall. Not good quality sleep at all.

I liked the food, sweets, pool, and staff. Apart from that free shuttle service to the beach and city center was good. The staff was super friendly. Snacks between foods were also perfect. Room cleaning was good.

WIFI, it's the worst thing ever. Internet was like 3G speed, it was struggling to do something. Drink quality wasn't good, beer was tasting like water. Most of the things required deposit money. Bar after 12 was paid which I didn't like.

When I chosen this hotel, I didn’t have any major expectations, we travelled as a large family & I paid for everybody, so, it is good service for the price you pay. I give this hotel a good, solid 4 start.Staff at the reception are lovely and always helpful. The food is great. A little bit overcrowded in peak times. Loved the spa facilities for sure. Went for a package of few days massages. Worth every penny. Whoever works in your spa, do not get rid of them ?

Kind of find unfair that some people, seems like leaving throw towels overnight by the pool area on sun beds. Could be not the case, but doesn’t matter how early I’d get to the pool area, it will be filled with towels on sun beds, for people not showing up for hours, or perhaps for a whole day. Seen this happen few times. People would take up sun-beds, but would never show up during a day. Perhaps, should be a good idea to introduce some kind of rule around this matter. Someone to have on a watch & if, let’s say, people don’t show up for three hours on their beds, free the space up for other guests.

Quite long list what I dislikedAircon didn’t work, door was broken, no locker, balcony wasn’t clean, awful beds — felt like it’s awful and chip hostel, no soap and many other thingsIn nutshell, never ever

The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. There was a very wide variety to choose from when it came to eat

I love this hotel and now visit Alanya just to stay here and fill my face with their lovely food.

Reception gays were very good and collaborated, thank them all.
