Delicious food, sushi and pizza were amazing, very nice drinks, excellent location, right on the beach and close to everything you need, shops, bars etc

I really enjoyed the breakfast and restaurant food. The reception looked nice and modern.

First of all staff is very rude and not helpful at all. The room was outdated and doesn’t look like in the pictures. Wi-Fi is terrible and sometimes there’s no space on the chairs near the beach.

The AC was old and not that good. The cleaning was made around 17h o clock and that doesn’t make sense.

Beach club and restaurant were the only good things about this hotel.

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing due to several unacceptable issues. Upon arrival, we found the door to our room wide open and a large black bin bag left outside our door, which remained there for two days. Inside, the bed frame and sheets were dirty, and the paint was peeling from the walls. The door hinge was coming off, making it impossible for the door to close properly.The air conditioning unit was not only leaking onto the bed but was also coming off the wall. Positioned directly above the bed, it provided poor room circulation. To make matters worse, the air con and fridge could only be operated when the room key was in the power holder, and with only one key provided, this was highly inconvenient.Additionally, the room was not cleaned properly, as there were visible dirt marks on the controllers. When we raised these issues with the staff, they were unhelpful and unsympathetic, showing little concern for the discomfort we experienced.Overall, this was a highly unsatisfactory stay, and we were left feeling very let down by the hotel's lack of care and service.

Location was nice.

The bathroom was not clean enough and the water from the shower was behaving weirdly. Warm and cold water kept mixing during showers. The bed was too old and saggy, and the air conditioner was about to break down on us. We got the room closest to the streets and everything outside was audible. New towels also had a funny smell. Also a big disappointment was the fact that airco did not work without the room card which resulted in really hot rooms when we were not there.

It's right next to the beach and the cleanliness of the rooms is great. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The view was great and location was good. Very central to restaurants and shops.

AC was bad. Fridge was not cooling. Shower was always changing from hot to cold and never stable. Staff didnt understand english very well. Food was disapointing.

The staff were polite and helpful, the view was very nice as we booked queen room.

Beach is not clean enough, we booked 3 nights we surprised that water is free of charge in the fist day only and they didn’t add water to refrigerator in other days we asked them why they said we can put but we will charge you. we didn’t like that because we booked queen room and water cost is nothing.

Location, you can’t beat the view. Awesome breakfast.

A little bit of unpleasant smell in the bathroom at times. Surveillance camera on the balcony effectively overseeing the room! Poor sound proofing between the rooms.

Even though located on the beach, we were not allowed to take our own refreshments onto the beach . They insisted we buy from the bar and restaurant at inflated prices . Staff were unpleasant on beach. Made to feel uncomfortable unless you are 18 to 25 in a bikini

Everything! Walking distance to everything. Daily room cleans, restaurant on site and private beach. Fantastic buffet breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely visit again

I chose this place because of its the perfect location, waking up with a sea view - that's the kind of room I booked for myself. I agree with the reviews that the hotel needs improvement in cleanliness, BUT THIS IS A THREE-STAR HOTEL - AND FOR THREE STARS, IT FULLY MATCHES THE PRICE AND QUALITY. I read reviews and was surprised that people expect a 5-star hotel experience from a budget hotel:))) Personally, I enjoyed my stay, as the booking price was very budget-friendly for such a location and the opportunity to sleep with the sound of the sea, not the road and passing cars. IN ALANYA, THERE ARE VERY FEW HOTELS RIGHT BY THE SEA! For three stars, it's a pretty nice hotel, unfortunately, I've had terrible experiences with three-star hotels in my life. There are many complaints in the reviews that you need to wait a few minutes for the water to get hot? Apparently, you do not know that in Turkey almost all houses have a heating boiler and it is normal that after a minute of waiting you get hot water.

Unfortunately, like other guests, I also did not know that Sun Hotel is a three-star hotel, and it is my responsibility that I did not read reviews when booking and thought I was going to the boutique hotel En Vie. I have known this place for many years, from when it first opened, and it truly was one of the best restaurant. I perfectly understood what the hotel grounds and beach area were like, and everything suited me. I agree that the hotel needs improvement in cleanliness.

The location is amazing! Right at the beach. Breakfast was great, with the best view. Staff at the beach was very friendly and helpful. The room had a balcony overlooking the ocean. The price was good.

The rooms need to be upgraded; everything is a bit old and the bathroom has cracks in the tiles. The shower switched between hot and cold, and our aircon started making a lot of noise after 5 minutes. Had to turn on/off.

The hotel has a great location where you can have a great time, the friendly staff and our room were very clean. We recommend you to spend your holiday here.
