Beach Club Doganay Hotel - All Inclusive

Good valeu for money.Animation team is great. We liked activities for kids: adventure park, mini lunapark, trampoline, mini disco every night.

Food is average. Tub and toilet leaking in the bathroom. Indoor pool not heated.Small beds. Cleaning not so good. If you wish to take a walk, you need to go by car to nearest city. Resort is isolated and has nothing to visit by foot nearby.All in all, it is good 3 star hotel.

The cocktails were actually good. Some staff members were very friendly, especially the animators and those working with children.

there were cockroaches in the lobby and restaurant, the rooms were old and smelled musty. The territory is large, but there’s nowhere interesting to go. The children’s playground, which has a rope ladder and an excavator, operates for only one hour a day. Scheduled events were advertised but never actually took place.Many services require an extra fee. Booking promised a bottle of wine and 15 minutes of massage included, but the reception had no idea about this.

Close to the beach and dicos every ningh at the beach. Fresh juice at brekfast but not enough for all guest.

The hotel itself was acceptable but we were treated disportionatly different by most of the other guests. Staff were generally rude and dismissive. Rolling eyes at us, speaking under their breath being unhelpful. Compared to other guests we all felt treated very poorly. The reception staff in comparison were really helpful. Feeding time at the zoo describes dinner time and guests barged pass you filling plates high with the fresh bbq meat. The food for the adults was great but our kids struggled. I've been poorly for most of the week with v and d as have other guests in our party. Locals do not recommend this hotel so that tells you something also. My room was kept really clean our cleaner was fabulous. The hotel is not however uk standards so be aware of this. The infection of flies and wasps does get to you. And they travel up the fizzy drink pipes so I question the cleanliness. The alcohol provided is purtrid I bought my own in the end as it is vile. There is one bar that serves alcohol most likely to avoid excessive drinking. I would not return felt very dissapointed in this trip.

Big room, nice design, enough to keep kids happy. Reception and lounge area modern. Good first impression on entering. Beautiful beach (shingles) and pier area with bar and play area for kids.

Outdated, more a 3*than a 5* Decor very tired. Can see it has been a beautiful hotel in its time. Drinking water not cold. Corridors not air conditioned. Good choice of food and what i had was nice but I’d say cater more for Europeans than English. All inclusive was 24 hr but same food in cafe, & snack bar as what was in restaurant.

All facilities, like shop, pools, restaurants/bars are set in correct manner, it is right where you needed. Friendly staff and some of them are extremely helpful.

The hotel is quite old so there is some wear and tear present in rooms, but usually when you are on holidays you don’t spend much time in room so that wasn’t a problem

All inclusive but you have to pay for drink after 23:00 and you can not go to bar area after 18:00 with swimsuite!!!!

You’ve got a lot to do at the hotel

Most things we couldn’t do as they were shut and slides and pool were closed too. Disappointing as it wasn’t said when booked.

The cleaning of room (they let their equipment 3 days, they don’t change the bed,…) and noises (we hear all even when neighbours go toilets,…)The chief of restaurant (old one) was not niceFood was cold, we found hair in it (3 days in a row) and it was always the sameFor one drink we wait 30 minutes! This hotel doesn’t deserve 5 stars!!!!!

The property was lovely. Very well thought out. Staff were very attentive, helpful & friendly.

I was mainly disappointed in the people who were staying at this hotel being so rude and aggressive at times to staff because of the alcohol time restrictions.

Dinner, cleaning, children zone staff is just excellent. location and facilities are amazing. it is actual a family resort where as family with children you can enjoy.

Reception and management seems to not complying with standard. Mostly seems to be overlooking customer complaints.one of reception manager interact with my spouse so rudely that i have to interfere. I guess reception staff and reception management need customer services skills and training. Family rooms are funny, its room inside room without lock. no privacy for couple.

It is a nice resort with good amenities all together. However, they need to improve the hygiene in the restaurants significantly. There were a lot of cats (20+) and flies in the restaurant. Quite a few guests and hotel staff were feeding the cats on the restaurant floor which makes the hygiene situation worst. Other than this issue, it was a decent resort offering good value for money.

The saff was nice, looked like they wasn’t happy to work in this hotel, it’s understandable, but they was nice to customers, plight and kind.Room was clean.

The variety and quality of food was very very poor.Alcohol not original and very poor quality too. Also not much to choose from. Main Swimming pool area looks like never been redecorated old tiles.Seems like only reception area was beautiful and looked nice. Basically not many good words i have to day. I am happy that we stayed there only 3 nights. Don’t recommend it if you want to eat most tasty fresh turkish food and have good alcohol!

1. The room was fine though, very nice and clean and with great sea view, I even received an upgrade for inconvenience. 2. The beach was nice and convenient to get to and the guy responsible for sunbeds is nice and welcoming.

1. The hotel failed to provide legal invoice even after multiple reminders from me, my accountant, booking portal and calls. 2. Check-in procedure was quite lengthy, I had to wait about 30 mins until internal administrative procedures were completed in order to get the room. 3. The guy at the reception started to get angry where I asked if I can help him anyhow to resolve the issue. 4. On first glance it looks there is plenty of food but it's a very limited selection. 5. Also as you take one plate and leave it on the table, they took completely filled out plate and discarded it multiple times during one evening when I went away to take a cutlery or drinks. 6. This shows that restaurant staff is unreasonable and cleaning without any sense even though when plate is untouched and new.

Staff very friendly. Rooms are clean. Plenty of entertainment.

They have an amazing children’s entertainment and activity program. They had great option for kids to enjoy their stay. Also, the fact that they do all-inclusive, is pretty nice for the kids. They always had something to eat or drink at any time of the day. The staff also was amazing!!!

Beds were extremely uncomfortable, the cups were dirty and I often had something floating in my drinks.Also, the quality of the food was not the best but it was alright.
