Beachfront, friendly staff, great service and clean.

Excellent hospitality, beach club was lovely, menu at the resto was good. Stayed in annex building with sea view. Absolutely comfy and nice rooms.

Cleaning wasn’t at its best. Not sure if they vacuumed during our 5 night stay.

This hotel was a total mislead, both by the property and the booking description. We booked a standard room (not a sea view), but the listing claims it’s a beachfront hotel. In reality, our room was in another building across the street — not beachfront at all. For the same experience, we could have booked another hotel at half the price.The room itself was clean, but the shower glass was covered with germs, which was disgusting. The reception staff were extremely rude, and when we asked to upgrade and pay extra, the manager was nowhere to be found. Instead, they quoted us an even higher price than Booking.com, which makes no sense.The so-called “beach” was just a line of beds placed on a 45-degree incline, practically in the water. As a “beachfront hotel,” you’d expect at least basic services — but here, towels had to be purchased for €15 each! (The exact same towels were sold for €1 in the market). It felt like a scam, charging guests for something every hotel in the world usually provides.The property is basically just a restaurant with some rooms attached. Because of our bad experience, we didn’t even want to try the food. At both the beach and the pool, there were no staff at all, and when we finally managed to get a sunbed by the pool, the staff began dismantling them early to prepare for dinner service.Overall, this place is absolutely not worth it. The hotel runs more like a scam than a boutique stay and deserves 1 star at best.

It was on a good location, very walkable to the shopping areas, nearby, and restaurants

Upon checking in, I noticed the room they gave us was very different than the pictures almost like false advertisement. I’m aware that the square feet shows upon Booking! however this room was very very small and when I requested a refund they wouldn’t accommodate and I had just checked in so I didn’t really appreciate that.

Location, facilities, staff are friendly and food is perfect.

The room service they didn’t properly clean the room, nor include water in the fridge.

Could not be described as clean. There was no mattress cover, just a bare sheet on top of a-hotel mattress. I sold vacuums when I was young. I know what is on hotel mattresses. Also no top sheet, which was annoying. Scratchy wool blanket. Room was off the street. Sound proof would have been nice.

A wonderful hotel where you can spend your holiday in Alanya. The open buffet breakfast and the friendliness of the staff impressed us very much. Thank you very much to everyone.

The staff did nothing about the girls making "only fans" videos in the pool, that was a bit to graphic!

Firstly we didn't like anything in that hotel, for the money we paid was unbelievable.

What I didn't like, we arrived very late in the evening at the hotel, so we were given our room key and off we went, because we were on the road the entire day, we went and got something to eat.When we returned to the room, we called reception to inform them that the room was smelling of smoke and that was everything in the room. The reception person told us there was nothing he can we, we must just sleep and this will be sorted in the morning.The morning we went to the main reception and we were told the looking for another room for us. We were then moved to the lower floor and there the mattress was falling apart and we were promised it will be changed, no towel and bathroom Matt, no soap, no milk and tea. The hot water in the shower was cold.We ask to a scale and they never had one but this morning we ask again and they gave us one the service was unbelievable sad. I will never recommend this hotel to any person. It's was worse than disgusting and the staff was rude, everything was a effort for them, and that is not customer service. The shower so dirty.

As older adults we were disappointed that they didn’t have a elevator.

The fact that the facility is in the city center makes your work easier. It is close to everywhere you can go. Its breakfast is wonderful, by the sea.

It is one of the best hotels in Alanya in terms of location. I was very pleased with the service provided during my stay. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly.

Great location and staff! Everybody was really kind and helpful. Also our room was really great (no. 42), nice bath tub on the balcony so we barely used the bathroom :)They organized our wedding ceremony at the restaurant which was also very well organized and incredible! We will never forget our stay in Alanya!

The staff did not welcome us warmly. they seemed bored and were not smiling. the staff at the beach was bad. we were not given a menu on arrival and were changed in our place when we did not want it. we had to ask for umbrella 3-4 times to 2-3 different people. disappointing.The porch door was broken. the shower was extremely bad. the water was weak and the water was either very cold or very hot. difficult to shower.

Location is good

In the 2nd day the ac didn’t work and they told us we will bring a ventilator ( which is unacceptable action )Then after 3 hours of negotiation they change the room at 3.amAnd at 9 am in the morning they asked us to go back to our room, then we found out that the ac is still don’t workSo we changed the room again .

The hotel is in a great location, and the restaurant in the evening was just amazing. I also loved how they care about the cats and the baby ducks.. Mehtap was my favorite ?. The staff, especially Deniz, were superior hosts. Professional, funny, very pleasant, and accommodating.
