Pillows are so uncomfortable. Hotel’s beach is so far from building

Hotel 4 floor, they give us room in second floor, you have two options, or street side noise or back side what they give us have school Start noise from 7 morning until night Poor breakfast They close swimming pool for service even no body do something there!

The Hotel is very central and within walking distance to everything. The hotel's service was perfect, from the cleaning service to the reception. I honestly cannot complain about anything.

A very well located hotel, right in the city centre, close to shops, restaurants and beaches.

Breakfast was good, unfortunately they didn't provide me with any gluten free options, although I asked for them

We arrived around one o'clock in the afternoon. Alina checked us out and we immediately went to have a delicious lunch. Well, throughout the rest (almost 2 weeks), Alina was always kind and responsive. The rest of the staff was nice too.

We came to spend time on Cleopatra beach where beach volleyball players play (5th beach according to the old numbering). It takes 15-18 minutes to walk there at a calm pace. The food in our hotel was delicious and of high quality, the beer was also very tasty;) The rooms on the balconies have clothes dryers and sinks for washing very comfortable (large). The contingent: Poles, Belarusians, Russians were predominantly. I have not observed any conflict situations. But we didn't stay at the hotel in the evenings either. The location of the hotel is very convenient for evening walks, everything is beautiful nearby;)

Apartment, common area, hotel is very clean. Area is amazing, you can walk to centre and beach as well. If you are lazy to walk there is shuttle bus provided by hotel. Many restaurants and bars around hotel. Staff is welcoming and ready to help you with everything you need. We will come again soon. And yes, food is amazing

Last year we were in this hotel and we really liked it and decided this year to play it safe and without hesitation we chose it.

The purpose of the trip was work, as the hotel is in the city center and has convenient transportation to various points.

The foods were delecious but they were also monotone after a few days. Fruits and vegetables were always fresh. The swimming pool was perfect. Receptionists were quite helpful, also the staff was nice.

The beach for the hotel was too far, we could not bring our beverages to our place. We could use the free transfers to the beach but it was always full. Also the starting times were not feasible for us. Our ventilation was not working in our toilet. The hotel does not use AC-s in the main hall, in the corridors and also not in the restaurants. Because of this we were always sweating when we were outside our rooms.

Great location and friendly staff.The beach is a short walk or a shuttle ride away, a little rocky at the shore, but plenty of beds available.

Only drawback for me was the local alcohol, usually this is vodka based and no problem, but here all I tasted was gin which I cannot stand. The other's in my group were fine with it however.

Dinner was great!

The departure time of the transfer to the beach is not convenient, the interval is 4 hours, you don’t always want to spend so much time on the beach, and it’s a long way to walk.

As soon as we arrived we got the room keys, even though it was before check in time. The room that we got was spacious. The buffet choices for lunch and dinner were good and pool bar service was top notch. The whole hotel was clean and tidy, and the staff was really nice and helpful.

The room was overlooking the street so it was really loud, but that's just the position of the hotel. The afternoon shuttle bus goes early to the beach. We were there in September, and it was still very hot at 2:30pm so I would recommend for it to go a little bit later.

Good food, friendly service and very near the centrum (harbour).

Alina from Front Desk was always very friendly and helpful with guiding us through the city and recommending the best places to see, making us feel just like home by speaking our own language (Romanian).Aydin from the Bar was the best at serving us all the cold drinks we kept ordering

Nice centrally located Hotel on busy city area, lots of stores and restaurants close by. The rooms are nice and we'll equipped. For a value oriented hotel it is a good choice. Staff was very welcoming and cleaning people were always pleasant people and did a good job. The breakfast was delicious and served by friendly people . Breakfast is large and good selections of egg based food and lots of vegetables and fruit. I ate well every morning..I would recommend this hotel for folks that want to be downtown in the hub of excitement..

Shower leaked into the toilet area but not a big deal.

Disappointing

Several waiters kept asking for WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook contacts. Similar with the persons managing the sun beds on the beach. The schedule of the bus to the beach in the afternoon was not suitable for us: last ride to the beach was at 2:30 when it is too hot. If we wanted to go to the beach at 4pm we had to take a taxi.The air conditioning in the dining room was very poor.

One of the best places to stay in Alanya. Spacious rooms, delicious food. Special thanks to the receptionists for their help, especially to Aliona..
