Avena Resort & Spa Hotel

Staff very nice, very clean, rooms nice and spacious.

food was like prison food. Not only did it look revolting but smelt horrible. Turkey has some of the best food but this hotel showcased none of it.

Cool and helpful staff.

The food choice is very small and the same every day. Always stayed at 5 stars resort hotels in Turkey before but since it was not a season time I decided to get one of the best 4 star hotels in Alanya. Absolutely nothing to do in the hotel, except for sauna. Also wifi, safe, and laundry is not included and pretty expensive.

the hotel is good but need to be improve with same more person and more language as you know many nationality over that my idea to bring same of more nationality person for the saving and checkpoint.som

summing and eating enjoy over the hotel is a very important to get best Holiday as you know need to be keeping up of the bed and bed sheets to be make a visitor happy my accreditation is not bad is good but need to be improve.

Location close to the beach

The floor had footstep marks on the floor, the towels were taken but not replaced so had no towel for my shower, the room was cleaned once in 6 days, and wifi in the room was 15€ for one week. There is no free wifi unless you stay in the lobby. This hotel is merely a 2.5*, not even a 3. 4* does not justify anything.

Cleanliness and the services for the price was amazing. Fatih’s service was exquisite - all the staff were friendly even the guy at the bar. Food was fresh daily and the night soup they have as a late night meal with the bread was underrated. 5 stars.

Excellent hotel. I have been many city hotels in Alanya, but this one is my favourite now and next time I dont have to think which hotel to choose. Rooms are comfortable, clean and big. Food is super, every day various food and everything is very delicious. Beach is not far, only few hundred meters to walk. On the beach is also snacks, drinks, coffee etc, so basically you dont have to come back to hotel in lunch time. Mr Ferhat Sadi is very helpful at the reception desk and will help you with every problem. The staff overall is very helpful and friendly.

Liked the entertainment, food, staff, room, overall great experiance!

When the all inclusive hotel charged me to use the safe in room, charged for wifi in room and charged semi high prices for beers after 23:30 It was a little offputting but nothing too serious.

Nice location, good place to have a rest

I didn’t like that they over charged me.
