Good hotel location.WiFi.Free coffee and good tea round o'clock.Very helpful and friendly staff.Big bed with two pillows.

Location is good less than 500m from the beach

There is an additional €3 per night for air conditioner. IlThe rooms were not soo clean, cupboard for clothes looked dirty on the outside.The linen on the double bed had stains, the one on the single bed looked old and not well maintained, had lint. The day I checked in the door to balcony was open, cats were coming in and out of the room.They never cleaned or changed linen when I was there they just came to do the bed.. There was noise of people talking around midnight yet reception didn't talk to them to keep it down.I think my neighbour were smoking inside the rooms because the corridor was smelling of cigarette the following morning. As a person who doesn't smoke I wish they had rooms for smoking and not mix with people who don't smoke. The blankets didn't smell so well not sure if they were not properly dried.The breakfast options? Not so good but I guess its due to the price paid. The bread and egg was soo hard like it was prepared a day before. The utensils look really old.

The breakfast was superb and plenty of food and they gave a different breakfast each day and plenty of tea and coffee all day and night free and bedding changed in room each day very good stay for budget prices

The location was 4kilometers from the town centre and taking the bus there and back each day was added cost on a budget

Good price/value rate: 40 EUR for all inclusive is fine for me. Close to the public beach - and has good connection to the D-400 road to Alanya and Antalya. There is a parking available.Haven't used most of the facilities besides the bar/self-service restaurant. The Tuborg beer on the tap is quite fine!

Don't expect much for the price: the room is quite small, there are no beach towels provided. The choice of food is minimal as well. However, there is a single thing I'd like to mention: for some reason I had my room not cleaned up for 3 days - not sure why.

Location quite good. Bus into the city. shops restaurants close by. Good for Gazipasi Airport. Taxi office close by. staffwere helpful. coffee/ self service 24 hrs. close to beach.

The staff were wonderful and the breakfast was good and plentiful. Slightly different breakfast every day. Lots of coffee and tea options. Fresh fruit and vegetables every morning. The shower was really good and lots of hot water.

Bed was not so comfortable.

The address on the booking is wrong. The hotel is about 300m further towards the bakery. I wouldn't have found it without the help of a local and I use 3 types of maps.

Great budget all-inclusive hotel on the east side of Alanya, 2 minutes to beach. Very large and comfortable room and bathroom. Although only a small sink with no room to put kit bag around it and small shelf in shower to put your own bath products as I do. My room had a big balcony but just a small view of the sea alongside the building. It had 2 window, one facing back and the sliding glass doors to the balcony which gave much light. Wifi was good. Decent space to put things away. I didn’t have car but there is a big parking lot across the street with the owners garden next by. Nice staff although not real extensive English but enough to get by. Main courses are limited to 3 hot dishes served by friendly, cheery chef. Small, but good selection of salads and cold vegetables. Desert is whole fruit and sliced melon. Wine barely decent but not bad. Nice board walk up and down beach. Nice beach bar, “Blue Bar #41” on the beach right out of the tunnel 2 minutes away to beach under busy road. I think it was 2 Euro (400 Turkish Lira) for one sun bed. Wine was 110TL which is good price if you want a drink on the beach instead of at hotel pool. There is a bus stop as you go thru the tunnel and with a taxi call box as well as a taxi stand right around the corner. There is a very nice walk up and down both sides of the river about 5 minutes away. So for a budget all-inclusive hotel right near a beach, I recommend this place

Nothing stands out. Just need to know this is an economy hotel since I just had come from a 4 star hotel with extensive meal selections. But that hotel was required a shuttle to the beach while this hotel is right across basically from the beach. It is a ways from old town Alanya, to the castle and bazaar and pirate boats so you have to figure in travel/expense time to get to those sites.

Stuff. Stuff is simply 10 out 10. Not all hotels can boast such staff. Definitely, the hotel's stuff is the only thing that keeps that high score of the place. People are very kind and helpful. They will explain to you everything you need and do their best to make your stay comfy.

Hotel doesn't have its own beach spot, which is very sad for that location & price. So you have to pay for bed & umbrella to other hotel's beach spots. Showers in rooms are bad. Wi-fi is pretty slow. Food is very simple and there are no sweets - only fruits. Walls are made from "paper". If you have a snoring or loud neighbors - say "goodbye!" to your sleep. For a 3-star hotel with that location - the price is not fair.

Far from city centre, but there are a lot of buses and it takes just 15 minutes

The room was just renovated and clean. The location is very nice, easy to get everywhere. Approximately 6km from the center. The personal at the hotel are super nice and helpful.

I had a beautiful stay in this hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. There was not a lot of warm meals to choose from, but the cook was so proud of his cooking that he filled your plate anyway. And I ate it, very nice man ;-) Selim the bartender ran is ass out to be everywhere to serve all customers.Room was clean.Location very good. A little village near Alanya with shops, restaurants nearby, away from busy Alanya. Alanya is about 6 km.

There was no refrigerator in the room.Always asking for ash trays.Toiletpaper in the public toilet empty most of the time.no towel rack on the balconyFrench fries at breakfast, not good for children
