The meals were decent - dining room staff were very helpful and friendly.

The reception staff (in particularly one guy) was just awkward at all times - we really had to push him to give us another key for the room so we can leave the AC on as it was very very hot there. Music was way too loud. I didnt like the fact that the person serving alcohol was also serving soft drinks without washing his hands and also the same glasses were used. For all inclusive, why do we need to pay for fresh juice??

It is close to the beach.

This is not an ultra-all-inclusive hotel. I recommend the owner to familiarize himself with the differences between all inclusive and ultra all inclusive. Sunbeds at the pools are few. There's just no room for more. Everything is crumpled and not comfortable. The hotel is between many other hotels and this is stressful. There is no space. From the evening until the morning, loud sounds can be heard from the neighboring establishments. Sleeping is mission impossible. In one of the rooms we rented, the sewage smelled constantly. maids came to spray, but to no avail. The beach is a complete tragedy. Stones and it suddenly becomes deep after 3-4 meters when you enter the sea. I was in Alanya for the first and last time. I'm actually not sure if I'll visit Turkey anymore. There are many things to write, but I stop. We didn't have a good time

The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. Good variety of food which was available throughout the day and night. Bar open 24 hours! We did enjoy our stay ❤️

The main pool was small for the number of people in the hotel. The pool seemed dirty, so that was disappointing. We ended up in the smaller but quieter pool, which wasn't really what I wanted on my holiday.

Staff are unbelievably friendly, they do their best to meet the needs of their guests. Check-in, was goodCleaning staff are thorough.Wait staff same no issues just ask and they will do their best.Food variety was good, traditional turkish foods are plenty, meaty foods if you like and vegetarian food is plentiful if that's your preference.Rarely had issues finding a place by the pool, beach area had plenty or room

This is just a personal preference, less fried foods. Add figs and apricots as options Yes I know 1st world problems, while you have the worlds tiniest violin playing. It's on the pricier side, but I guess peak season what do you expect.

Comfortable and friendly place (hotel and staff). Tasty and various food. Comfortable beach.

    8ShawnyPosted on: 11-14-2023

Great value for money and close to the beach. Great variety for dinner and lunch

Small pool areas, very busy all the time so hard to get a sun lounger. Certain member of staff was creepy and kept trying to talk to me, made me feel uncomfortable as a solo female traveller

    8Arshiya S.Posted on: 11-8-2023

The staff members were extraordinarily decent and helpful, especially the English-Turkish bloke at the lobby. The property was clean, but overall the place is a bit run down; especially the toilets. But I would definitely recommend it for a few nights

The food was tasty. However, it tends to be repetitive day after day. Maybe adding more variety would be a nice consideration.

Very good hotel. Not a resort. Staff and facilities were very good. The food was outstanding!!

My only concern was I had to go to front desk and ask them for a room clean. Apparently the manager said that the rooms were cleaned every 2 days. Which I've never heard off before. Room cleaning services was very very poor. No towels given untill asked and room only moped with a dry broom.

    8EvgeniaPosted on: 10-17-2023

The hotel is a bit outdated - you can tell it needs some patch work, but overall it's well kept.

It's really close to several bars and it was hard to get enough rest during the night due to loudness.

    7GiorgiPosted on: 10-6-2023

Great location, tasty food and really good stuff! We spend nice time here. Overall good value for money.

Bed was not really comfortable. And dishes should be washed better.

Staff: they are the main strength of this hotel. It's out of this world, best i've seem so far. Everybody is polite, always smiling, always looking to help you in any way they can. Special thanks to Muhammad at the main restaurant. All inclusive concept: important to mention, that they make cocktails for free at pool bar. This came as a nice surprise upon arrival. Food is really good, plenty to choose from, fish and seafood at least 2 times a week.Room: bit worn, but very clean. The make up your room every day. Water pressure is good even on the 4th floor.Common areas: nice and clean. You have to fight for sunbeds at the pool, but i call this natural selection. Common toilets also exceptionally clean.Beach: cleaner than an average beach in Alanya. The snacks are there if you need them and you can drink water and some juices even after 4pm from the machines. Beach boy is nice and working hard all day, deserves a tip.Swimming is rarely possible due to the waves, but there is no way to fix this, unfortunately.Placement: Oba is less crowded, but still busy in the evening. Bus direct busline to center is close and costs 18 TL as of today. They even let us to stay after chek-out and enjoy everything (pool, hammam, food, drink) except the for the room more than 6(!) hours.

The animator/DJ is a nice person, but he needs to step his game up. At least don't play the same playlist with 10 tracks every day.Our bed was not comfortable, but my standards are very high in this field.

Awesome hotel, i spent with my wife best holidays here, everything is good, awesome staff, baristas, waiters and especially Mustafa, if you want some hangout just follow him everywhere. I totally recommend it

    7EvaPosted on: 8-29-2023

The food was tasty, there was plenty to choose from and there was always plenty of it. The staff was very nice and helpful. The beach was clean and the beach bar was enjoyable. The rooms were older but clean.

The hotel is not family run. Very noisy environment - program of hotels in the area until deep into the night, noisy music all day.Animator was really bad - no program, only noisy reproduced music (live music in the surrounding hotels).

    9IstratePosted on: 8-27-2023

The staff was friendly and they helped us with everything we needed. The room was clean and comfortable. The food was great, especially the dessert. The beach is close to the hotel. There is a pool bar and a beach bar as mentioned.

I didn't like that at the beach there were stones at the entrance in the water, but there's nothing to do about it, just to go to another beach or get over that inconvenient. At the beach bar the alcohol isn't covered by the ultra all inclusive option. If you don't wake up early, you won't find sunbeds available at the pool.

    7MariaPosted on: 8-27-2023

Great location. Close to the beach, restaurants and shops.Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Food was really good. Many options during the day. Possible to eat at the beach bar as well. Beach was very clean, plenty of sun beds. Bring bathing shoes as there are many peoples and stones. The Spa was great and definitely worth a visit! Booked the hamam und the mix massage by the woman from Bali. We would definitely recommend doing the the same.

The hotel is old and could use a make over. Tiny rooms. There was no space for our suitcases. We stored them on the balcony. Tiny closet. Cleaning of the rooms lacked. We had the feeling as if only the beds were made and now and then the towels were changed. One day we saw the maids sitting on the bed in a guest room - smoking! Hallways were used as storage for big boxes. The pools are very small and the sun beds were occupied with towels all day. Noisy and very loud music in the evening.

    - The food

First, we got a kingsize bed, even if booked a room with two single beds. The staff only managed to switch our room on the 3rd day. Then we had to find out that, even if it was an all-inclusive hotel, alcoholic drinks were not included at the beach bar.The WiFi on the beach did not work properly. The hotel itself is very small. To reach our rooms we had to cross the pool area everytime. There was only one animator at the hotel - he literally did nothing. Besides two evenings a week, there was no real entertainment in this hotel. One day, our room was not cleaned and we were not given fresh towels. Many staff workers do not understand English at all.
