Hotel Grand Kaptan - Ultra All Inclusive

Good location

Everything was very basic

Clean hotel , easy access , pool is fare , moon bar is nice to spend the evening at , pool bar is nice for the day

The corridors is super hot, and humid , the hotel was going to charge me 40 euro for extra 1 hour for late checkout although I booked for 5 days , I booked for all inclusive , and 5 days still didn’t manage to find a booking for alacart restaurants , the main restaurant food is below average , and not tasty at all. Main pool didn’t look super clean.

Lovely hotel offers everything food is amazing customer service is amazing pool is lovely and something for all ages to do entertainment has been so funny I would recommend anyone staying in here to visit this hotel as you would not regret it

Turkish Baths were amazing Food and staff were excellent

Main pool was closed first day of our stay and slide pool was over crowded ? Lifts need to be updated too slow and not big enough for the size of the hotel

Food, parking, drinks, personal.

Rooms, bed was uncomfortable, the hotel needs upgrade, its old. The bar downstairs smelled like grandmas house.

Don’t go here

just a terrible hotel. It’s definitely NOT 5 star hotel, maximum 3 stars. The hotel itself is very old, there are even no sockets around the bed to charge your phone. Wifi is not free. Food there is just disgusting.So, it doesn’t worth any money, I’m sorry for wasting my money and time.

Staff was extraordinarily friendly, helpful and caring. Indeed, the facilities were old (like we read in the previous comments) - however, they are well refurbished and maintained. Both pool and beach front were nice. One thing we noticed was the security - the hotel staff pays extra attention to the security of the guests and their belongings. The food was over the top. So far the best bath and sink drains in the room - kudos for the maintenance! Nice touch with the direct access via underpass to the beach. Do not forget to check out the special tour offers next to reception in the morning (after breakfast).

Elevators are gateways to hell. :) Slow, small, hot and without any sort of ventilation and/or AC. The moment you step in, you are in a sauna - getting wet all over. Unfortunately, elevators must be overhauled.On other thing, either restaurant's absorbers are not working or they are not sufficient. Although the cooked food is fantastic, the burned oil smell infused to your clothes is not pleasant.

They are good priced, staff friendly regardless they dont speak english much, car parking was available, food great

I reserved including free wifi but at arrival came out its not free and claimed that Turkey version on booking.com differs than English version and it mentions charges

Location near the beach, but you should cross the road, room is clean, swimming pools big, spa is good

Not All Inclusive Hotel

I was very upset from food variety and quality, this is not all inclusive hotel as described in my booking, they provide basic food only. There was a shortage in staff also.

The food was good, there are several restaurants and a vitamin bar with lots of desserts, so you'll never starve to death. There are a lot of activities provided by the hotel; several pools and water slides for kids/adults. There is a direct access to the beach with all you need there; Spa,...

Some staff was not very helpful which ruined the general impression. As for the cleanliness, the rooms were fine, but the lobby was far from being clean.
