The hotel territory is not large, but very well-kept and beautiful. One of the biggest advantages is the hotel in the city center (transport, taxis, restaurants, bars nearby) and on the first line. The hotel restaurant has a view of the beach (we admired it during breakfasts and dinners). The price includes umbrellas, sun loungers, towels. There is a distance between the sun loungers on the beach, unlike many other hotels. Delicious cocktails and food in the beach bar, as well as excellent service: the staff is polite and does everything perfectly. We ordered breakfasts and dinners at the hotel. We were satisfied: there are not too many dishes, but there is always a choice of appetizers, main courses, desserts and fruits. We eat meat, so we always enjoyed the grill in the evenings. We had a standard room: it is not large, but clean, freshly renovated. We also liked other hotel services: laundry, transfer, lunch to go (during early check-out). The reception works at a high level, very responsive and attentive people. Many thanks to Habibe! I would like to separately note the spa staff and the spa program itself. Friendly people and professionals. I went to Fatma for a 1.5 hour massage every day of my stay, incredible professional, amazing massage, I recommend! Overall impression of staying at the hotel: comfortable, cozy, calm, pleasant, delicious, excellent service.

We would like to have more light/lamps in the room.I’d recommend a little renovation for spa complex, but it doesn’t belong to services (they’re excellent, no renovation needed).

They don’t want you to bring foods and drinks from outside to the beach. I can understand foods in some way but little snacks and drinks (at least water) should be permitted Also you have to pay extra for drinks at dinner, which, in my opinion, should be included in half-board.

Great Location on the beach but also able to walk to many good restaurants & bars (including an Irish Pub)! Great choice of breakfast foods right by the beach. Great pool but also enjoyed a dumping in the surf. Our room had a balcony with lovely views. Short taxi to the cable car up to Alanya Castle.

A small fly problem around food & would suggest that ceiling fans are installed over the breakfast food or even table fans to deter the flies.

All stuff was super nice and helpful: receptionist, waiters, cleaning stuff… ?? The room in the second floor we stayed had an amazing view to the pool and the beach. The interior of the was great. Both pool and beach was great. Beach is super accessible from the hotel rooms. Social areas around the pool and the restaurant part are great. No super loud music during the day, which was good in terms of having a good rest for the couple of days we stayed in hotel.

The deserts in dinner buffet, can be better. But all other food was really delicious.

Poor

Very expensive hotel, poor breakfast and dinner. I would never come back. We even had to pay for drinking water while it was free in other cheaper hotels.

The hotel has a prime location, it's much smaller than the pictures, but doable. The customer service is really bad. Which I've read in previous reviews from the past, but thought to give it a try perhaps their customer service improved, but it has not. Especially during the meal time, I noticed they are short staff, but the staff didn't make it any easier on us or themselves, even after we tipped them they still are not happy nor helpful.

Customer service is very important to comeback. We went to the beach & the guy who is responsible for the umbrellas & chairs go to us: Why did you come now? It was in the afternoon around 5ish & he was not willing to give us an umbrella until we told him that we just cheked in.

Superb

Just found the hotel rooms a little noisier than expected. We booked an adult only hotel because we wanted a quieter experience, with no younger children. But found that some of our neighbouring rooms were occupied by 18+ - 20 year old, who would come back at 4/5 in the morning a little worse for wear. Not a massive problem, but would probably prevent us going back again to what was a beautiful hotel, with excellent food and very helpful friendly staff

Excellent location and delicious food, a few steps from the beach which is great. The staff is very friendly, especially the waiter on the beach. Recommend!

they are not something bad for us (me and my wife) but for someone clould be:into the hotels the are no kinds (it's for adults only for a reason) because rooms are only for 2 people but they can have access into swimming pool or beach in front of the hotel

We’ve accommodated due to HB concept, but evet 2 bottles of simple water in the room were for charge. I’ve traveled all over the world, stayed in different hotels, but never seen a hotel, that doesn’t provide even 1 bottle of complimentary water… 2 bottles of simple water 0,5 lt were 70 tl (5 times fore than the real price) here. Of course we payed but were surprised… Moreover while checking out the receptionist told us that we have to pay for “drinks in restaurant during dinner”, but we didn’t drink anything during dinner in the restaurant. Really it wasn’t pleasant at all :( Also the beds and linens were very bad. I couldn’t sleep all the night. Disappointed…:(

Interior of the restaurant is excellent, deliciously prepared hot dishes, polite waiters, room cleaning, plenty of sun beds with good mattresses

Very dirty beach, cigarette butts and trash everywhere. During the entire stay, the beach was never cleaned. As a result, I brought a bag with me and collected garbage around the sun bed.Upon arrival, at the reception they could not find our reservation for about 45 minutes, and upon departure they said that they could not find a receipt for payment for the hotel and we dealt with this for about 20 minutes until they eventually found the receipt. At the counter we were presented with three receipts to pay for the beer, which my husband only took once. As my husband was irritated by the fact and persistent, they said that this was apparently a mistake, that the data was simply entered into the computer for three days, and not for one. Proving nothing is basically impossible, since the restaurant simply asks for the room number when you order something, but does not bring a receipt for signature, as is done in European resorts.Yogurt for breakfast was sour. We had to buy our own yogurt and take it to breakfast. The choice of appetizers at dinner is poorThe bed was good, although not big, with good mattresses, but it was covered with some kind of stub of bedspread that was not enough even for one person. Moreover, this bedspread was waffle and uncomfortable to the body. This was the most unpleasant detail of our stay at the hotel.

•Location - we had direct beach access from the hotel and could use the sun loungers for free. The hotel is on the strip, so the noise from nearby bars/restaurants may be a problem for others. However, it wasn’t too noisy for us. • Room - the rooms were nice and clean. We enjoyed watching the sunset from our balcony. • Activities - you can pay extra for water-sports on the beach. Sometimes the hotel will host entertain nights (e.g. traditional Turkish dancers) and you can pay extra to use the spa facilities/have massages. • Food - the buffet food and desserts were nice, but we would have liked more options. The restaurant food and drinks were also really nice.• Staff - we found all the staff at the hotel friendly.

I would recommend the hotel adding more food options to their buffet. Breakfast was the same most days, and for dinner there was not a lot of hot food options. The salad/fruit and desert section had a good variety, so would have liked this to be the same for the hot food.
