- Used (very used), torn and stained towels. No ventilation in the bathroom. No balcony (not all the rooms have balcony and it is impossible to dry the swimming suits and towels), even if they said that they've upgraded us to a better room. The food was cold. The common hotel's areas (pools) were very crowded. The sunbeds (on the beach and at the pools) are made from plastic and they don't provide matresses. The elevator was broken for 3 days. The chairs from the outdoor restaurant area are also plastic made and sticky. The toilets from the common areas are very dirty. All in all this is not a 4 stars hotel.
