Beautiful property, great breakfast, helpful and friendly staff.
Refrigerator did not work. Was very difficult to find.
Huge patio overlooking Monastery Valley was beautiful. The restaurant, which was run independently of the hotel, was excellent value. Very quiet location. Unique cave room. Easy access to Ilhara valley
Internet was good outside but in our room it was only available near the window
Very nice place where to stay few days if you want to visit the area of Ihlara valley.Pay attenti that the address and name of hotel is not the same of BOOKING.. there is something wrong in the info so don’t forget to contact them to receive the exactly position. They sent us to me before I asked them. So, when you arrive at this address the hotel is abandoned but don’t worry because the place is the one of the photos and it is nice.. many rooms and beautiful. There is a good restaurant where your can have a good dinner as around there there are not much places where eat.The owner parked the car for me and showed us all things about the place.
The best thing in this hotel was a free walking tour with Tarek (I hope I name our guide correctly). He spent a whole day with us showing main attractions, and we enjoyed his knowledge of the area and attitude.Hotel staff is trying to do their best to please their guests . Beds are fine, and our room was super spacious, but due to its size probably it was very cold inside
We had a cave room that's fine. But outside temperature dropped down- it was about 0C outside. There is a chimney hole in the ceiling, and a window leaf which we can't close. Heating's working during night hours only, and we asked not to turn it off, but we were told it's a hotel policy :(. Bathroom has a huge size too, and there was just a small heating radiator. We can't get warm taking hot shower because hot water was not hot enough. Restaurants are not heated either. It was chilly even at the one with a fire place. So we were very cold everywhere:) And it's not the lowest temperature in this region during this time of the year. Lightning in the room is insufficient either, and you can't see how actually clean is the property.
Beautiful view. Capan the receptionist was extremly helpful, nice and smart.
The views are incredible from this property and all the terraces. We loved the location, easy walk to town, or down the hill to explore the cave houses. We enjoyed this as a base to hike the Ihlara Valley. We liked our spacious room, and large bed, also great to have a kettle and a fridge. The cave rooms for dining and sitting are very fun with local decor and a nice fireplace. The staff was kind and helpful, especially Capan with our baggage and English questions, and Dilara in the dining room. We loved the generous and delicious breakfast and dinner selections, so many great choices!
There is kind of a musty odor in the cave rooms. Also, rooms were not serviced.
The view from terrace was really nice, just like on the photos.
The location in google maps is not correct. You just need to use the main road and stop in front of the big mosque.
The view from the room is excellent. And the hosts are very friendly and extremely supportive. There was a thunderstorm the night we were there and the hostess brought extra blankets to keep us warm outside with great service throughout the evening.
Beds are a bit hard. But that seems to be standard within the region.
Loved our rooms. Loved the hotel staff was also very nice we would highly recommend
