Clean and convenient

The air conditioning was intermittent and was not efficient even when it did work. Room was uncomfortably warm.

This hotel is in a very convenient location and despite being so close to the station was very quiet (with the windows shut). It was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly.

The atmosphere in the room was very dry. The arrangement with the basin & shower meant you couldn’t rest independently of a 2nd person. On the second night there was a lot of banging and crashing from the next door room which meant a disturbed night’s sleep.

The hotel has quite reachable location, people from the stuff are polite and we managed to communicate both in German and English. The breakfast options were delicious and diverse.

We found out that the shower cabin wasn't separated from the main room, there was no transition between them. And once we asked for iron on the reception, the staffman tried to charge us for a single five-minute use! Luckily we managed to negotiate it afterwards.

Booked a room for 2 friends, but it was an open view shower, so a bit awkward but still okay

Wish our family of 4 could have stayed in one room but our two rooms were across from each other so that was okay. Would like more information on where to park. We parked across the street in the HBF Parkplatz—however it was not an issue and the Parkplatz was affordable for an overnight stay.

It's a great location, right next door to Ludwigsburg station. It is a small room, but was a good size for a solo traveler. I was also able to check by midday, as my room was already ready, which was great

Proximity to city and public transport. Very friendly staff.

We did not appreciate the breakfast payment system. We know that planning with numbers is important but a missed meal could be recognised. Suggest some easing of strict rules please. Once only would be sufficient!

The breakfast room. The room was comfortable and clean. Accessibility to Ludwigsburg city was convenient to all things, squares, palaces, hockey fields.The staff were excellent understanding my virtually non existent German language.

Even though it's a budget hotel, there are no clothes washing facilities. Lack of suitcase/storage space.

The location is fantastic right by the train station which is right by the center of town. Walking distance to city center and the Schloss. Everything was very clean and staff was very nice.

Decor.Cleanliness. Efficiency of bathroom and plumbing. Soundproof.Comfortable bed and good quality bed linen. Good lighting for the room and bathroom in general. Many parking possibilities nearby.

No bedside light to read by. Window did not open.

The room was clean, the bathroom very good, the closeness to the train station ideal.

The front desk was not polite, the service was lacking and it was not possible to pay with cash.

Location is good, everything is new

No water kettle in the room nor at reception. No hairdryer in the room, (seriously?) Thank god we still had the bed.

Everything was great: the room was really clean, the pillows were comfortable, and the hotel's location was wonderful - about 3–5 minutes from HBF, but in a very quiet and safe area.I was glad to find such a modern, clean hotel near the station at such short notice and at such an affordable price.

All was good - room clean and quiet, and the woman who checked me in was friendly and spoke wonderful English.

The hotel room was small but nicely refurbished. The location is perfect next to the train station. The quiet room was really quiet. The reception staff was very friendly with a smile every day.

The bed mattress was ok but pillow and duvet could be more comfortable. The smoker corner right next to the entrance is not great.
