Near the wedding venue I have to attend

Smoking/smell smoke/cigarette everywhere Too hot. They have electric fan but a very small one. No air conditioning. Not so helpful staff.

Very close to the pumpkin festival and very friendly staff, nice breakfast

It was not vey clean, the towels were pretty old, and the whole building just looked a bit depressed.

Nice and clean. Friendly staff. Directly across from the mall. Plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Park the car and forget it until you are ready to leave.

Parking was in a public parking garage.

Location to the Ludwigsburg Palace was ideal. We enjoyed the Pumpkin Fest and could walk easily to the event.

I can't think of anything, however the bed pillows were not very comfortable and the bed (even with the padding) was hard.

- difficult to find by car- No parking on the street (like was mentioned in the description). Only paid parking in the parking garage across the street. - You had to walk through the (terrace) smoking area to get to the stairs to your room.

The location is pretty central so there were a lot of options to eat out. The breakfast buffet really offered a huge variety which was very surprising in a good way

I would recommend anyone booking the hotel to take a room which has a private bathroom as it can get quite busy in the mornings so it's inconvenient if you have to be somewhere at a specific time

The room was clean and nice. The location was great for exploring the Christmas Market. Finding the entrance took some time (it's off the main road a bit). Lots of nice restos near.

We had challenges with parking due to crowds for the Christmas Market. Breakfast was ok. Stairs to room were funky and not great for older folks.

It was two wonderful nights there. It's location is very close to downtown and receptions are very polite and can communicate also in English

Hotel smells like cigarette smoke, especially because guests smoke in the small enclosed court yard.The elevator was out of order so I physically could not get my luggage up multiple stairs in a narrow passage way. The person on duty was also not able to help with getting my luggage upstairs. I had no choice but to upgrade to an accessible room, and I lost my bookings.com discount, so I had to pay the discount bookings.com gave me, as well as the difference in room. It was an absolute rip off for the quality of the stay.My 7 year old daughter and I were exhausted after a 25 hour flight and more trains, so we didn’t have much choice but to just pay.Have booked a different hotel for the rest of our stay in the area.

Location was rather superb, the car parking was just accross the streat, there was a big shopping mall next to the hotel and nice walking roads leading to the central palace.

Breakfast for the price was not delicious and not very healthy. The cappuccino costed extra price which was disappointing. So we only ate once and didn't try to eat there again. Hotel could focus or more variety of foods, to include more fruits/vegetables or other foods with added health benefits not just bread and cheese. The room was ok, but a bit too small and covered with carpets which is not the healthiest way of making apartments. We didn't enjoy that in the general facilities there were some bird feathers and nobody cleaned them several days in a row. And, of course we had to pay for the parking in addition.
