City Hotel

No handicapped access it was very hard to do 2 flights of stairs parking was also horrible

The room was nice beds were comfortable

Parking was awful and they are not handicapped accessible this caused quite a problem for me had to walk up 2 flights of stairs

The room and the bathroom were really clean. Really appreciated.Found liquid soap and toilet paper.Staff really kind and available.

Car parking have really few space.

The location is very good, the staff is friendly. The facilities are ok. It is very clean. Breakfast is basic.All in all, solid hotel with clean rooms, a good location and everything else basic but ok.

You can choose theese hotel wholehartedly. We needed an overnight in Ludwigsburg. So the place is fine for that. It is not so far from the railway station and the city center.

the room was clean & comfortable, and the position of the hotel was near the train station (exactly what I needed).the staff was very nice and helpful & there was nice music at the entrance.

although the room was quiet, the fridge was quite noisy, so I couldn't use.the stairwell wasn't to attractive, difficult to go upstairs with luggage.

Location is good.

Parking area is tiny and dirty with cigarette butts and rubbish. The TV didn't work, we reported it, but nobody came to fix it. There was a cigarette burn in our bed sheet. The place stank of smoke and not sure what else! A kettle was in the room but no tea or coffee. Smoke alarm was on the shelf with the battery taken out. The safe was locked so unusable. No lift so be aware if you have lots of luggage. Wifi wasn't great

The room was clean and cozy, the breakfast was good, the location is on a crossroad, maybe that is disadvantage but it is close to the train station to supermarkets and that is convenient.

OK but could have been easier.

No lift and we were on 3rd floor. Staircase not easy with painful feet.

Good location, nice staff, good air conditioning, decent WiFi.

The room wasn't very neat. There were stains on the bedsheet and the shower walls weren't perfectly cleaned. The shower was very uncomfortable, with only on nozzle placed too low on the wall and quite impossible to shower under without using your hands. No shampoo or conditioner - just a bottle on shower gel.

The wi-fi did not work, thus hindering my work...
