Ibis Sao Paulo Interlagos

Location, clean room, comfortable, the parking service is very good, The reception staff were very helpful.

My intention is only collaborate: 1) bad Breakfast, worse coffee, little flies on the fruits and on the cold food, few napkins, small TV in the room. 2) There is no assistance service available for transporting luggage from the car to the reception and the room.

The staff was very nice and warm, since check-in until the check-out! Well-maintained and clean facilities.

Breakfast and Bed

I wait long time in the reception

Great shower and bed.

Broken elevator. The card doesn't work. Outdated TV. Empty mini bar. Single breakfast.

The staff was very nice, they remembered my birthday for example and even though my Portuguese is not that strong and their English was not either, we communicated very well. The room in the 7th floor was very clean. And the receptionists were all very helpful! The location is good, too - right next to the Interlagos Shopping Center!

It was a little noisy during the night on our floor and we woke up a few times. Not sure if it was noise from other guests, rooms or if it was some technical noise from the air conditioner or so.

Good.

It could have a coffe machine at the room. My car stayed at the garage for 3 days and when I pick up it the door was with a small dent

Super location.

The towels were very worn and the bathroom smelled musty.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast was very good, with many options and really good coffee. The room was really large and had plenty of space. The location was excellent, as I had to go to Interlagos.

Location next to Interlagos Mall

Some confusion over check out, at first front desk said I had a credit, then they said I owed them and finally, it was fine...

Friendly staff, clean,good breakfast.

My bathroom sink was clogged and the shower door was broken. The frigobar was empty and there were no coffee/ tea amennities on the room.

Basic hotel but adequate. Close to Interlagos race track which was important to us. Staff in hotel very friendly. Very cyclist friendly. We were at a cycling event at Interlagos so the hotel was filled with cyclists and there bicycles. Breakfast was started an hour early to accommodate the cyclists.

The area did not seem safe to walk around in other then the adjacent mall which we did not visit.

great location

no channels in english, small tvs in the room

location and staff

Rooms are outdated, not properly cleaned and lack in comfort - beds, bedding, no toiletries o the bathroom, bath towels are worn out and not pleasant to use

The cleanliness of the property, the location is very good, there are restaurants, and a supermarket near the hotel, the bed so comfortable, the free WiFi, and a nice flat TV screen.

I like almost everything at ibis, the only thing is almost all their channels on the cable are in Portuguese, so I could only watched CNN .

Good location for my activities
