Breakfast starts at 4 am which is very helpful for those working and traveling. The staff are very friendly and I will return again.

The rooms are outdated which is the only reason they didn't get a perfect score.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, the staff is always kind and the breakfast which was included, was really good!

I was a bit deceived with my stay at the hotel this time...the air conditioning in my room was not working properly, the room had a strange odor, there were no cups or glasses in the room and trying to call the reception was mission impossible! I had to call the hotel from outside to ask them to connect me to the receptionist and wi-fi was really poor!

Breakfast was great, location as welll (in front of airport) and bedroom very spacious for the family.

Check in was a bit slow, although there was no line, it took a while for the employee to get all our family information in the system.

Absolutely lovely and helpful staff. I adored everyone I encountered on the front desk on my brief stay. The breakfast is good, and worth it.

Booked a queen bed and received a regular double, and not a very comfy one. The phone to call reception was not working. Room felt stuffy. Felt very unworthy of the price paid.

Needs renovation. Not very clean. Washroom in poor state.

Good. Clean. Ideal just to sleep. Very nice breakfast (with long hours which is great - from 4 AM till 10 AM).

It would be easier if receptionists speak English. Unfortunately they didn't (but they were nice anyway, so google translate did the job). Sewing kit was not available - nor in the room, nor at the reception.

Rooms are very basic. Many beggars stopping the guests and asking for money at the entrance of the hotel.

Pillows very uncomfortable, old and seemed very worn out. We didn’t have hand towels in our room and the bath towels had a weird smell.

Clean, efficient staff. Located next to my conference venue. Would also be be good airport location.

1. Were unwilling to refund me for (my) mistaken booking date, saying I had to take it up with Booking.com. Booking.com said I had to take it up with the hotel. And round and round it went. Since I was charged at the beginning in order to get the reservation, I was out the money for the extra day. 2. The rooms and bathrooms have little counter space (NONE in the bathroom) and no towel bars or hooks in the bathroom. Very impractical.

We needed a hotel close to the Congonhas airport for a few hours of sleep before our drive early the next morning. The Ibis was super easy to get to, comfy and had a fun front desk staff at midnight! While the room was basic, it met our needs. The bed was very comfy and the place was quiet. There was a breakfast included but we had to leave without sampling. Happy to have stayed there.

Check-in and check out were smooth and quick. The location of the hotel is perfect vis-a-vis the airport. Indeed its just a short walk to the terminal with a pedestrian bridge with elevators on both sides

The room I got was in state of disrepair that I didn't expect from IBIS. The bathroom roof was rusty and the shower was gnarly. The room itself was also well below the cleanliness I am used to from this chain.

Requested a wake up call it never was given. Requested information for Taxi availability for departure time and was inform by a female in the Receptation that their where no taxis at 4am to congonhas and on top informed me the congonhas was closed at that time,both information lies.Their where 2 taxis at entrance of the lobby and after talking to the premium Latam Rep was informed that indeed Congonhas was opened.Your receptionist reps should dress in uniform that Represents the brand they where all looking un professional and they dont look like Ibis employees.at nightime i called 3 times the reception and no one answer.

The room and bathroom were clean. Breakfast was very good and started at 4am, which is very convenient for early flights.

Although the hotel is the closest to the airport, it's not possible to walk there as the lifts to and from the pedestrian crossing are usually broken, and the hotel had stairs in the entrance from the avenue that leads to the airport. I imagined for the price they charge, they would have thought of the people who carry heavy luggage.

Basic room of a 3 star hotel. Cleaned. Convenient located cross the street from Congonhas Airport, the reason for our choice.

Expected more for the price.

We stayed here because it is right next to the airport. We just had to cross the road. It was basic but comfortable. Nice breakfast. Lovely lady at check in. Freshly made pizza up to 2am.

Our rooms overlooked the airport, which was interesting but obviously noisy once the flights started in the morning. The windows only seemed to be single glazed. The check in process took a very long time for some reason, which was a shame when we were tired after our flights. Rooms had a much older feel than the reception.

Rooms are pretty basic and a bit out of date (though very clean). Check-in took far too long (30min queue) with lots of paperwork. Too expensive overall.
