Blue Tree Premium Morumbi

Stayed there for one night and later came back for a few more days. When I came back I had a much better room and I've rated that experience accordingly. But for this first night, friendly staff, good breakfast, but very disappointing room.

Terrible room. I was there for only one night on this booking, which I think played a role. But an old room with a very odd spatial configuration. Old furniture, tiny bathroom, very small bed (smaller than Twin). Very disappointing, especially the rate. I came back a day later for a longer stay and was given a much better room, but got played for the single night reservation.

Great location for work travels. Walking distance to one of Sao Paulo's financial districts. Walking distance to a large shopping center as well which is handy. Ample rooms well equipped and good breakfast with plenty of options both local and continental. Friendly team ready to help.

A bit pricey in my opinion. It may just be Sao Paulo prices, but it was a pretty standard hotel and I didn't go in a specially busy period and yet the rate seemed expensive when compared to equivalent hotels in Europe, which to me was surprising.

The staff was really attentive and solved the problems that were found during my stay

The room was not properly cleaned, as my children found trash under the bed and inside of drawers. The sheets were dirty and with lots of stains. The phone was not working and I had to go down to the reception several times.

Very good location, professional staff, great breakfast, corporate guests.

At my arrival the receptionist was very kind and even gave me an upgrade.The next day they let me stay longer at the room because my flight was in the evening.

The receptionist gave me a wrong information about the private taxi from the hotel to the airport. I was charged almost the double if the price she told me.

The room was huge. A lot of space, with a comfortable bed and pillows. The temperature in the room was ideal. The bedroom is silent and the curtains block the light completely.

The breakfast was good, but could include bacon, croissants and soya or oat milk.

The property is one of my family’s favorites.

The indoor pool was dirty and the towels were old.

Location is excellent with Morumbi shopping mall just across the street for all essentials. Room size was spacious. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Apparently the vent in bathroom is operated only periodically. This gives a lingering foul smell in bathroom when you return to your room after few hours. Its better to carry a room spray or some essential oil. Also, Complementary water bottles in room will be helpful.

the location was good. close to a bif mall and easy to grab something to eat over there.

boring breakfasts, always busy, the team can not talk english. even the reception was not good at english. But all were kind with me.

Clean, confort and location.

There is no iron in the rooms, been a hotel very focused on business travelers.And I asked twice, but it never.got there.

I liked the location

I didn't like the fact heater doesn't work, floor feels dirty and there is mold inside shower. A simple chlorine would eliminate it, but hotel is not very clean.

Location was good, near 2 malls where you can easily get food.

Furnishing: basic, sofa/couch was very soft and saggy.Bathroom: Bumgun tap was leaking, even though it was looked at during my stay after informing the reception. Overall, everything was just a bit tired and needs updating. Woodwork needs an extra layer of varnish, floor was clean but lack varnish/shine. Facilities in general has an air of needing upgrade and maintenance. Clean though.

Good and responsive staff. Good location in front of a very good shopping Center. Area is relatively safe. Good breakfast. Beds are comfortable.

Hotel needs a serious refreshment. Rooms need new furnitures , new curtains and bathrooms. Swimming Pool is in a bad shape.
