Quality Suites Vila Olimpia

All the staff were extremely nice and accommodating. They responded to all our questions and provided everything we needed. The room was super nice and comfortable.

We had to request that the sheets be changed upon arrival due to some stains that we noticed. We told housekeeping right away, and they brought up new, fresh sheets and remade the beds for us.

Clean and good location

Old apartment and equipments. Vary simple breakfast.

Business with pleasure stay over, central location, safe, easy to get around, goodfood places nearby

Facility showing its age - it was a very nice previously, but showing age- fountains turned off, dining room not fully staffed

Great apartment (good space, very clean) and people is very friendly.

It would be nice to have a restaurant for breakfast, but the current option for box meal is nice.

Good location close to stores and restaurants and good building access. Nice pool and gym facilities.

Power connectors were still using US standard only and the kitchen did not offer good utils for home cooking. TVs models are old and cable tv boxes are slow and hard to use.

Great staff, great apartments. Excellent location, with good bars and restaurants nearby.

Location ,staff,

Need some remodeling… gym, hallways

Apartment a good size with 2 bedrooms, a living room and a kitchenette with a sink, fridge and microwave. Breakfast good. Staff very helpful. Good value. Supermarket nearby

A bit dated, beds ok but not very comfortable

Location , near bars and office buildings.Friendly service.

Air conditioner is only to cold down, not heat. Got a cold night and I got frozen.Single glass windows, lot of noise from the highway at night.Outdated facilities.

location, cleanliness and friendliness

too expensive for a fair facility

Great location, spacious room, excellent staff.

The kitchen could have more supplies

I liked the location and the staff.

The apartment was not well cleaned, curtains were dirty and we saw hair hanging from the clothes line. the internet connection was horrible!!!!! they only had one option when I asked and it was terrible connection. The AC units are very old and there is only an option for the vent to be on your face when sleeping.

Location

Very old facilities. The breakfast was very bad.

Rooms are old and facility requires a renovation

Location and the room’s view

The staff is terrible

Location
