Tsue The Palace Flats

Great location and staff. Convenient and reasonable parking

The space of the room is good

The hotel near the airport and the sound of airplane is really bad and the breakfast coud be better

It’s in a safe neighborhood, close by from Congonhas.

Needs a bit of a remodeling, some things could use an update and the AC should be able to reach the entire apartment.

For the second time in the last month we stayed in this lovely flats. We did on the beginning and in the and of our Holliday in Brazil even my dad also booked over to meet us and love it as well and aid is going to be is hotel place while in São Paulo. Very well recommended! Delicious breakfast by the way!

nice neighbourhood, professional staff, easy check in and check out

there was air conditioning only in the room

The property is in a good location near a mall and some nice restaurants/ bars and if you walk out to the right then left you pass a great coffee shop!

They have marketed this property very well! The pictures makes it look quite a bit fancier than it feels like. It was a little bit more tired and worn out than I expected. But the staff are all lovely! And the breakfast is ok

The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good.

The bathroom in my room smelled bad, even after cleaning. The bed was not very comfortable.

Lovely flat, nice breakfast, very friendly staff, excelente Location, well recommend!

The location and the staff. Wi-Fi is also solid.

Cars that sit out front for far too long.

Good location (felt safe walking around, restaurants and mall near by, 5min from CGH airport); room was comfortable; breakfast has the essentials

Gym could have been a bit cleaner (dusty), silverware in room could be better (no spoon) as well as toileterie

Accordingly to the promised/ advertising. Location is good and safe and staffing is friendly.

It's more like a suggestion. It would of been better if there were rooms options with a bigger and separate area for lunch and kitchen so it doesn't feels it's messy or dirty after the meals.

Pleasant neighborhood. Nice staff. Good wifi.

Next to airport: airplanes are flying over all the time. Breakfast is very simple. No restaurant for lunch or dinner available. Rooms a bit outdated.

Overall everything was good

Gym was bad. I am noy complaining becauae i didiy have time to use itBreakfast was bad too. I am noy complaining becauae I had for jist two or 3 days as i left for work early

Confortable and spacious room

Friendly staff. Good breakfast

Excellent!

More TV Cable Channels and access to Netflix, Star+, for example

I think the only the I liked about this hotel was the location. Nothing else honestly .

I think positive aspect about this hotel was the location and the front desk great customer service, nothing else honestly. Is that enough? Decide it for yourself after reading this. They changed my room because the first was smelling horrible and the sheets were not even washed, as I found was so much hair all over it. I was disgusted. The moved me to another room and the secons room provided, at least sheets were decent, however it l had this odd nasty smell of an old and dirty apartment. I was too tired to complain for a second time, so I just decided to go to sleep. Woke up the next day with a commitment to not come back to that hotel ever again. Sad experience.

Location is amazing, staff is friendly and helpful

AC didn`t work quite well, installations are old and not well maintained

Very nice buffet breakfast with fresh fruits.

Consider noise from the nearby airport.

Location and big room

Worn out look

Shower

Noisy, 1km away from airport, from 6am to 11pm, an annoying sound of aircraft engines roaring, terrible
