Dirty and Cold rooms

My recent stay was unfortunately very disappointing due to several significant issues. Most concerning was the lack of cleanliness; the bed was dirty and covered in hair upon arrival. In the bathroom, the toiletries were nearly empty and hadn't been refilled.Furthermore, the room was uncomfortably cold. Despite speaking with multiple receptionists on several occasions, I was repeatedly told they would "check the temperature," but no action was ever taken. The lack of proper heating and the dismissive service made for a very poor experience. I would not recommend staying here until these management issues are addressed.

the bathroom was on the small side but functional. The towels were really thin, not good quality and very small

Great location! Everything is walkable. Friendly staff thay accommodated early check-in. Spacious rooms with very comfortable bed.

Clean room and good breakfast. Nice people at the reception. City center and best location i think, close to Central Train Station and to the Historical part of the City.

Some bulblights where not functioning, i hope they will fix it next time.

A good location and a quiet place and the room was not fancy but it was comfortable and had a decent range of amenities. All at a fair price

Extremely flimsy toilet paper

Location was excellent. Just couple blocks to Place St Louis - plenty of outside cafe / dining choices there. Walk about 4 more blocks (all shopping ) to Place St Jacques - more places to eat and drink.Just about 600 meters from train station - so walkable with small luggageBreakfast was great. eggs, juice, fruit, bread. Never crowded

We were there during heat wave (95 F, 35 C) and the AC struggled to keep up. We talked with other people in other hotels - same issue.

The staff were great, friendly and helpful. The location was good for exploring the city. Breakfast was excellent. The room was small but clean and the window opened onto a lovely garden view. Memory foam pillows.

There was a 10 minute walk from the train station. The check in desk is also the lounge hotel bar! The clerk, Anthony, was so friendly. I decided to one back down for a cocktail. Each person that worked at the hotel was very welcoming and friendly. The bartender in the second night made a delicious expression martini and also helped me understand about the mirabelle liquor and eau de vie ( you can purchase a bottle there). Though the room was small it did have a comfortable queen-sized bed that has been unusual for any European bedrooms where I have stayed. There is also a restaurant onsite.

As with many European cities that I have visited this summer, there was construction going on near the site. It is noisy. But there is very little other street noise and the nights are quiet.

Very good location, walking distance to cathedral and secure car parking. The rooms were quiet, small, but what you would expect for a city location. Ideal for an overnight stay.

shower has a funny shape and the currain isnt the best. But we had everything we needed.

Location right on the edge of old town is good, the bed was comfortable.

This is very basic accommodation, tiny bathroom, old, nothing on the walls, etc.

Staff were operationally focused and a more personable and friendly approach would have been welcomed. Staff support with recommendations on what to do (must do's and don'ts for example).

Breakfast was good, it had good variety including freshly baked bread and pastries

The carpets and bathroom were not looking fresh. The bathroom was also very small and the whole room was worn, including the door that was damaged.

Location is wonderful. Breakfast was delicious. Staff were helpful. Rooms were clean and quiet.

Bed was firm.

the room was very small (enough, but on the small side), they only have one elevator, which - during morning hours - is completely overloaded as both the staff (to clean the rooms) as well as the guests (to get to and from breakfast) use it. You have to wait a couple of minutes to get down if you can't take the stairs

Great location for a stopover, perfect for exploring the city, hotel was as you would expect from a Kyriad everything worked and the bar/restaurant was good.
