Our air conditioning did not work very well.

Great location behind the gare, amazing breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, impeccable bed sheets

Just two things that are minor with respect to everything else - the smell from the shower drain, and that beneath the bed no one had vacuumed in a while.

Clean rooms, comfortable, quietly working AC. Discount at the parking for hotel gests.

Breakfast quality can be better. Especially scrambled eggs.

The breakfast was good.. I really like it. Also it was close to the facilities needed for the purpose of my trip.. nothing to say about that

I expected to clean/vacuum the room and change the bed sheets and towels during my stay which was the case

This is a basic hotel that has all the bases covered: clean, comfortable bed, quiet, good location (train station, Centre Pompidou), friendly staff, good breakfast and a very fair rate.

The location is great. Very good value for the price.

I could not understand why I couldn't get the reduced price for parking although I parked in the Indigo Pompidou Garage as advertised. My parking ticket was rejected at check out. After 3 attempts of describing where I parked instead of arguing further I decided to pay the normal rate and left the city.

It was a hot day, inside the room was very warm, windows could not be opened, and the receptionist told me the air conditioner of the hotel were not working, it was very uncomfortable!

Location is practically next to Gare Metz. New, contemporary hotel with 2 double windows frames for noise insulation and they are work. AC, comfortable spring mattresses.Staff is helping with all you could ask, good English and bar next to front desk with draft beers and different alcohol. Comfortable desk, in case you want to work in the room. Breakfast is typical for France and very reasonable prices along with hotel prices, probably best in town.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hotel. It was comfortable, clean and it was located very close to a Shopping Complex and Metz Train Station.

No fridge in the room.

Clean room 712, everything is new, I asked to show me the room before paying, as often the photo does not match reality. Thanks to the staff for agreeing to this. Quiet, the neighbors were also quiet. My room didn't have carpet and that was great.

I didn't sleep well because they had bedbugs before and I was worried about it and couldn't relax. But everything went well.

The hotel is located very close to the train station, just a 2-minute walk away. It is also about 5-6 minutes from a large shopping mall.Room: The room is spacious, providing plenty of space to arrange your luggage. It is clean, and all facilities are in good working order. The towels and bed sheets have no unpleasant odors.

Once I had orientated myself found the location had what I wanted but staff did not give any directions and was unclear of where to go.

Booked as traveling with car. Stipulated parking but none available onsite and could not park car outside to unload

Nice Campanile has a wonderful buffet concept. In Metz I missed the opportunity

To avoid if you’re looking for a clean accommodation.

I stayed here two years ago and it wasn’t bad compared to the other hotels in the area. But this time it was awful! Not clean at all!!! The first room we were given had a terrible smell! The second room the toilet was filthy, with brown marks on the inside of the toilet seat. We asked the staff to have the toilet cleaned, when we returned at night the toilet hadn’t been cleaned and we had to go to reception and ask for cleaning products and clean the toilet ourselves. The bed also had small hair on the sheets. We only stayed one night, even though we had already paid for two nights. Staff cannot speak English well!

We stayed at the hotel for one night and liked the great location, just a short walk from the train station. The room was comfortable and had a kettle, which was nice. However, we found it strange that there was no glass cup, just a paper one, which felt a bit unusual. It’s a small thing, but it was a bit odd. Overall, the stay was good, but that detail stood out.
