Excellent location. Parking was unproblematic. Nice rooms in a historic building. The beds are awesome. There's a billiard table for everyone to enjoy. Pet friendly.

The lighting in the room was... let's say "romantic" instead of " insufficient". The restaurant was good, but judging by the website, we expected more. Old building also means having to wait for a few minutes until the shower water gets warm.

A character and setting of this beautiful hotel in the historic quarter was a real surprise. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They even gave us a dog bed and dog treats for our pooch.

To carry heavy luggage down some stairs upon entry without a lift was annoying. Although parking was secure outside the hotel, I thought it was expensive. The directions and access to drive into the parking area need improving.

Room temperature was unmanageable. Always too hot. Could not work out how to bring it down.Dogs are allowed, there was a noisy one next door at one point.

We got lucky in getting a spot at the hotel parking which was super convenient. The Check-in Check-out procedures was super smooth. The room was spacious and quiet, and the bed super comfortable. The staff was friendly, attentive and professional. We had dinner at the hotel's restaurant La Reserve which was excellent (local fresh ingredients, perfectly prepared and presented)! We really enjoyed our short stay on every level.

Very comfortable hotel with an excellent location. Check-in was quick. The room was very warm and cozy. The coffee machine, tea, and coffee were a great addition.

Our stay here was beautiful. The château is set in a perfectly quiet location, just a short drive from Strasbourg’s city centre. Staying in a real-life château was a wonderful experience. The rooms were comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. It’s also a dog-friendly place, with a huge garden that makes the setting even more special.

It would have been great if the hotel had a restaurant.

Service was very slow and poor in the restaurant, however, when we addressed the issue in the morning with the manager he was very apologetic and professional in his handling of the complaint and would not be put off trying it again

Great location near the city but also very quiet. A beautiful building and the rooms were big and well appointed.

Wonderful location, right next to everything Metz has to offer, the hotel is large and spacious and perfectly situated with very easy parking facilities.

More coat hanging points would be good and I wouldn’t have USB points midway up a wall in a bathroom.

THe impossible temperature far below 20 degrees. No possibility to adapt it to get temperature that was comfortable.

Very cool hotel in a fantastic location. Room was a great size and easily fitted the whole family in. Breakfast was a feast with a huge variety of super fresh ingredients. Location was amazing being right in the heart of Metz.
