A very small but a very clean room and bathroom.Had a very good warm shower.Good for 1 night to rest before continuing to a destination.Safe parking areaKind receptionist
Voices of the others guests in the corridore can be Heard .Unfortunatly hot water didnt work in the morning, had to wash with ice cold water. When we lift It was working again Heating was very hot but Better than Being in a cold room.If you Need a big towel best take It From home, the towels are clean but only the size for face.
Room was clean and well designed to sleep 3 people in a small space, wash basin inside
shared toilets in the hallway were dirty, smell of smoke in the hallways, very little sound isolation. A regular camping would be cheaper but neater than this.
Self-check in after 21:00 by using the display was very simple. The room was quite warm and had all the necessary amenities for an overnight stay.
Bathroom was very cold and the area the hotel is located in was quite shady. Pillows were slightly uncomfortable.
I know my rating sounds absurdly high, and I'm quite strict with these things. But I forgot something very valuable outside, and they recovered it, found me and called me. Wouldn't accept my thank you (I insisted though). They were very friendly! Room itself was perfectly clean. The bed was great, fell asleep almost instantly. There's also a small table - but big enough to work on my laptop and have pizza. The wifi was reliable and fast. Shower was really good. Everything was very clean. It's also easy to reach from the motorway, and there is secured free parking. For me, a roadtrip traveler who works during travels, a 11/10 experience!Reception lady, once again, a MEGA thanks!!
That I had to go home :-) Seriously there wasn't anything to dislike. Everything went so smooth.
Very poor
Staff very unapproachable, beds too hard, no toilet roll in any toilet.
The clean sheets on my bed
The showers and toilets are in disrepair and filthy. Bulbs missing , shower on/off valves missing , toilet roll dispenser Brocken without toilet roll , paint coming off on doors and graffiti.
You get what you pay for. No bells and whistle. Great for an overnight when you want to hit the road again early morning. We had a room with private bathroom. Worth the few extra euros. Place was very clean and bed was comfy
Morning lady staff at the reception and night security agent, behave very fair and unwell.
Staff bad behaviour, extra small rooms, showers not repaired.
Cheap hotel for a stop over on our way to Switzerland
No locks on toilets/showers. Empty alcohol cans in toilets. Stained walls in room. Didn't feel safe with other hotel guests. Definitely not a family friendly hotel
Location is ok, about 15 mins drive to Metz city center, ample parking, and the self check-in worked well.
During the summer months, it was hard to sleep, as opening the window meant that the light from outside was shinning in, and there was no fans available! I guess during the cooler months, the room could be quite nice. The bathrooms were a little dirty, I believe they were cleaned once per day, but there was insufficient ventilation, and some bathrooms were suffering from mold on the ceilings.
Just enough for sleep. Comfortable beds, clean room for a good value. Was far the best option for students' requirements.
Showers didn't work on our floor so we have to use other's bathrooms. However wasn't a problem at 1 a.m.Literally the last building on the city, you should take a walk there. I'm okay with that, however that doesn't fit anyone.
Rooms were clean.
Door locks, lights and water tap broken in WC and shower. Dirty WC.Men (guests?) drinking & smoking pot in the parking lot in the evening - felt like an unsafe & uncomfortable environment for female/family travellers (although no incidents occurred).
Breakfast was very basic, as expected for the price except they served once and when it was empty they did not refill so be early. The price was very reasonable so perhaps you should not expect anything.
Location, middle of industrial area. shared bath and toilet with around 8 other rooms. The toilet and bathroom where very dirty and shower had mould. The bed was very hard. Better to sleep in a tent.
Disappointing
The rooms were smelling. Unfortunately in one room we found even bugs so we had to desinfect all our luggages after arrival. I would personnaly do not recommend this accomodation given the stated above.
Room was relatively cheap and on ground floor
The room wasn't very clean with no shower gel in the dispenser, no usable power points in the room to run your laptop from or recharge your electric toothbrush etc. Safety stay on the window was missing so being on the ground floor with the window open was a risk with no security. The room was very cramped with two persons and minimal luggage. Really too basic and not a choice I'll be making again unless no other realistic options available.
You get what you pay for. Simple but clean and tidy and quiet. In the middle of nowhere but a Lidl was round the corner so perfect for getting foodVery friendly staff member
My self and 2 of my children were the only females staying at the hotel. It was all men which some may find a little intimidating although everyone was polite to us and we had no problems
The bed roms was fine, it was clean bed and quiet area.
The shower is in bad condition, the collective toilet missing light. The corridor smelled. The door code wasn’t working on one of the rooms, and we had to change a room.
