    Pros +

    • Location
    • Very modern and clean. Friendly staff. In town center easily walkable to everywhere
    • Great location in the city center, perfect for me going to a concert at L' Arsenal. A technical glitch with the payment terminal at the time was efficiently solved by the staff. Breakfast was excellent and varied but as every one decided to have it at the same time, the seating area was overcrowded. The "verrière" which could have solved the problem was too cold (winter time) to be used, not heated/no possibility of heating ? Once again staff was helpful although a little bit overwhelmed. Will definitely come back.

    Cons -

    • Too much light in room at night due to bad curtains and door.
    • I booked the similar rooms for me and my family members but rooms were different. Some of them were excellent big and nice. One room -106 was real shame of the hotel. There was not possible- no space for the hand washing in the bathroom and the sink was next to the bed ( room space 10-12sqm). From my point better not to use it at all and don’t shame this really excellent hotel and wonderful people who work in the reception . I asked and changed the room.

The decorations, the staff, the property, the location! Everything was a bless!

Incredibly friendly staff. They were so helpful and clearly love their working environment. The room was comfortable and clean, the breakfast was excellent and had long hours to accommodate all the guests. There were so many places to lounge at the hotel. The fitness room was very much appreciated.

    Top location and top staff.

Small reception area and therefore, crowded most of the time.

My engagement ring fell down the back of the shelf in our room and the staff immediately did all they could and managed to get my ring back !

Exceptional customer care from all the staff. The room was quiet and had a great night's sleep. The location was perfect for local shops and restaurants and for us the Xmas markets ,which were a delight. The Cathedral was magnificent

The breakfast experience was good but as it was busy the space made things feel a bit congested.Food choice was fine

Fantastic central location. Small room, but modern and clean, fine for our purposes of just a place to sleep and shower.

The breakfast options were more limited than I have become accustomed to for such a hotel.

Clean bedroom, great location and friendly staff.

Location was fantastic and clean in a pedestrian street. The stuff was super helpful and friendly and provided service 24h with a great smile constantly

The building is in an old part of the city there the distribution of the rooms need to be adapted. That mean the halls to the rooms seem a bit long and labyrinthine …nothing can be done about it

    7NicolaPosted on: 10-31-2025

The hotel was central and really lovely inside.

We stayed her in July and the building next door was being renovated…lots of noise, however the room was changed very quickly.

Staff were friendly, location was great and breakfast was good. Gym was handy.

They held a hefty deposit on arrival, the bathroom had no door! I would not have booked this if this had been advertised and the bedside cabinets were not cabinets but ceramic type mushroom objects that were totally impractical for the room and caused your belongings to fall off each time. Disappointed with the room.

    9TracyPosted on: 8-25-2025

Perfect location. They had a bar and nice sitting area for breakfast. Nice shower

The room was very small. Breakfast was ok. The usual European breakfast. Im a picky eater, so not much for me to eat

    Lovely hotel. Brilliant place. Recommended.

No parking on site. But not a problem. As plenty of car parks nearby. Even with my over height van.
