Very Friendly Staff. Staff at Check In did a great job informing us everything going on within the area and was helpful regarding all of the questions we had.

We arrived midnight. That room shouldn't been rented the window was left open by the staff. We didn't notice because the curtains were closed. We got attack by mosquito. Wanted to sleep in broken window didn't let us workers talking loud.

Staff were really friendly and helpful also spoke English. The room was really fancy and spaciousComfy beds

They charged me €50 deposit for possible breakage - which I had not budgeted for and still hadn’t got back a day laterAlso there was no milk for tea and coffee

We chose this hotel for the convenient access off the highway and the 24 hour check-in desk. It was perfect for an overnight stop with a late arrival and the room and bed were nice enough that we wished we had more time. Very friendly staff, even late at night!

Good location for stop over but in a commercial area so may not be the place for a vacation. Restaurant has good food at sensible prices. Room appeared o be newly refurbished and was clean and good. I would rate as a descent business hotel.

We are familiar with the hotel and stay there several times a year. The location has good parking and is quiet. The facilities are good but not extravagant. We have our dog with us and the hotel is fine for dog owners.

The senior staff in the bar can be rude however, generally the staff are very friendly and helpful.

At breakfast there had been a large coach party in and they couldn’t refill a lot of the food for the other guests.

Large rooms, generally quiet. Very modern and appeared new or newly refreshed Most Staff were very attentive.

Had half bottle of water left in my room- but when mentioned the staff gave me a full bottle as a replacement immediately. Good service. Constant music - in lobby, bar and restaurant- was noisy, and scratchy- something was wrong with the speakers or something. Staff reluctant to turn it off .

Stayed for a night as a stopover during a long drive. Location is very unremarkable but fairly convenient coming from the autoroute. Room was spacious and comfortable, tea kettle, good bed and bedding, clean bathroom, all fine. It was very quiet at night which was a bit unexpected. Breakfast food & drinks were good in taste and variety.

Location/parking is probably just fine and safe but felt a little sketchy with people hanging around on the parking lot and smoking in front. Breakfast room is pretty sterile with construction fences just outside the windows and poor choice in music for a calm morning... Staff mostly ignored us except for the friendly lady at checkin.

Location was very good. Not far from the motorway.

The bar prices were expensive. The restaurant prices were expensive for the quality and presentation of the food. On our return visit we collected some food from the local supermarket.

The welcome and room facilities etc were exceptional. Extremely comfortable bed. We had a wonderful meal in the restaurant.

Unfortunately the breakfast was disappointing with a lot of clients arriving at the same time and the staff not able to keep up with the demand which made it all a bit stressful.

Good location for travel to the Channel tunnel, excellent restaurant, very good breakfast. A nice area behind the hotel to walk our dogs.

Ok for overnight stop close to the property

We arrived late no facilities to get food or drink staff rude just said bar closed when asked if we could get a drink just told no closed

We stayed at this hotel during a stopover and were pleasantly surprised by how enjoyable the experience was. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome, they were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile.The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long journey. We especially appreciated the stylish touches throughout the property, the lobby and restaurant have a modern, chic design that adds to the overall atmosphere.The hotel has variety of bars and restaurants nearby, offering plenty of choice without even having to drive. That said, the location is also excellent, as the city centre is just a short distance away, making it convenient for exploring.Overall, it’s a great option for both a quick stopover or a longer stay. Warm service, great facilities, and a touch of style. Highly recommended!

France is wonderful and the hotel staff are excellent,Bed was very comfortable For those that know , A breakfast in France will rarely be other the wonderful, Mirabel jam !!!!

Excellent rooms, large and well decorated. Public spaces very welcoming, good swimming pool, nice restaurant and very friendly and efficient staff

The location of the property a few minutes from motorway really convenient. Located near plenty of facilities for takeout and fuel. The property had plenty of free parking and the rooms all clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast food, mixture of cooked and continental all tasty with good variety including fruit, yogurt, cereals, bread, cheese, egg and bacon as well as croissants. Teas, coffees and juices also plenty of. The staff were all pleasant.

The restaurant in the hotel is over priced and the service, whilst staff are helpful and pleasant, were not organised enough for serving our meal in a timely manner. We waited nearly an hour between starter and mains and by that time had lost our appetite. There was no communication or apologies until we chased and complained and we were not the only ones with this problem and the restaurant was only 1/4 full if that. It was incredibly expensive for what it was, my advice if you’re on a budget is to look elsewhere close by as there are plenty of options. We’d been travelling for over 12 hours so wanted easy but in hindsight would have still been better to go and get food elsewhere. Breakfast, whilst food was good was also chaotic. Plenty of staff around but not checking plates, cups, etc needing replenishment and many standing in their preparation room chatting rather than making sure breakfast was efficient, having to ask someone to supply more bowls and plates is quite frustrating as it’s a basic need.

Close to the motorway, plenty of parking (but a bit fiddly to find the car park), clean comfortable rooms. Dinner was excellent, breakfast good as well.
