Hotel Bristol Metz Centre Gare

Location of the hotel is central. So close to main train station and bus station. At the freezing Metz nights, the rooms are really warm. There is a high speed wifi at the facility. Staff is smiling, reception is 7/24 working. Rooms are clean.

The bed can be more comfortable but it's okay.

It was accessible easily

The shower was designed for a vertically challenged person as needs to be much higher on the wall. Also the shower screen needs replacing. Room 105

Very fast wifi, close to train station, clean and confortable room.

Handle head in shower is fixed.

Staff was lovely, and the bathrooms are large with good water pressure in the shower head

They use a strong perfume air freshener in the halls that has a perfume I’m allergic to, and also there was a lot of dust and dirt under my bed, which surprised me because the rest of the room was clean. Also the walls were super thin, I heard people taking a bath, fuxking, talking, playing music…it was like a cheap New York apartment

Just location

Staff whos very bad and not friendly even hi didn't want to get up from his chair, even thet in booking say you have parking there is not parking you have to pay extra and they can't explain where is the parking, very disappointing

the staff are accommodating and friendly.

no basic toiletries like toothbrush and toothpaste

Staff; location; cleanses; good equipment

Amazing staff and the room. Place is decent and isn't very modern but does the job and matches the description. Really liked the place and would recommend if you are looking for something decent with decent pricing.

The walls are a little thin and we could hear things which everyone might not really want to hear.

It was a bit father from the centre but it was also peacefull. No noice from the crowd.Staff was very helpfull and nice (welcome hall and house keeping).

No to say here

well located, very clean, excellent value for money. Will come back there when in Metz

Bed and location

No extra pillows

Poor

The room was very small and not comfortable. Unfortunately, there was a terrible smell coming from the bathroom, like sewage, which made our stay very unpleasant. Because of this issue, we did not feel comfortable using the bathroom. Overall, the experience was disappointing and not what we expected.

Very comfortable, clean hotel room, and nice staff. The room decor is 1970's style and nothing fancy, but had everything we needed and was perfect for our stay. It's also a very convenient location next to the train station and a 10-15 minute walk to the city center. Highly recommended for those who want to support local and have a simple base for exploring the lovely city!

cheap, clean

no bar

Nicely renovated, comfortable , very friendly staff and great location! They offer a cheap forfait for secured parking nearby!

On sunday morning, the cheaper parking forfait didn't work for me, as Reception at parking was not on site on sunday morning; maybe check in advance how it could work if reception is closed.

Great locationFriendly staffNice big room with decent windowStrong shower

Location, the staff were great

Whilst communal areas had been basically refurbished our room and bathroom hadn't. The furniture was very tired. The bath had been painted a pale orange type colour, with many runs, and the finish wasn't shiny but rough. The toilet bowl was cracked. The handbasin was cracked. For the same money should have stayed in the Ibis

Location is very good, a few minutes walk to the station and there are restaurants within walking range. Room is very quiet

A bit rundown, furniture is in bad condition, bathtub is peeled off

Clean room. Big bathroom. Very comfortable bed with good pillows..Superb breakfast..

Bathroom silicon beginning to age and discolor
