The staff was very friendly, the service was good. The location is excellent, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The bathroom shower was nice, except the water went everywhere. View wasnt good from 4th floor in the back of hotel.

The smell of the restaurant came through the vents into our room and we did not get the room I paid for

Great hospitality by the staff, perfect location, especially if you are traveling by train and delicious breakfast.

Breakfast was great. It offered a good variety of breakfast items. I also liked our rooms as well as the wonderful restaurant, where we always dined. I am already thinking about a return trip & will plan to stay in this Mercure again.

The bedroom needs update. No minibar and the atmosphere / decoration is poor.

Expensive for the small room we had for our family of four. Felt like we were on a boat.

It was clean, breakfast buffet was quite vast.

The room decor/design was weird and felt cheap.

Everything was great. We sat outside then had dinner inside the first night. Breakfast was good but eggs to order and even omelets would be nice change to order.

Parking.

Great location on the plaza, parking under the hotel. Comfortable bed, modern, good size room.

Metz is wonderful, sorry to leave.

A very well designed and renovated hotel in the very convenient location. The front desk, Emily, was very sweet and helpful. We also enjoyed the breakfast. The fresh squeezed orange juice machine was fun to use.

The shower drained slowly. The A/C was not very cold

The hotel was very clean and in a great location. We really enjoyed the breakfast the next day.

The only down side was that parking was difficult to access due to road construction and not really knowing where the parking lot across the street was that the staff initially told us about. We did end up finding it but we had to circle around a few times .

Good comfortable rooms, lovely bar, great breakfast. All in all a great place to stopover.

Very good location within walkable distance of main attractions. Comfortable and clean rooms. TV uses Chrome Cast, so you can project media from your apps. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cleaning staff were a bit loud, and we could hear them if they are in the corridors or our neighboring rooms. They also didn’t seem to keep track of their routine well, and knocked on our door to ask about cleaning although they had just cleaned our room.

Extremely poor rooms, walls in bad conditions masked by paperwalls, bathroom like in 60’s and corridors walls giving an impression that your are in an old discotheque.170 eur gone with the wind

Great location for the Christmas market. Good restaurant, bar & staff.

Rooms are so so. Our “superior” was just OK.
