Pros +
- The only thing Iwe loked was that we had a bed to sleep in.
- The location was great, 1min from the station, super ! The personal was really kind and helpfull, the room was peacefull, clean with enough space.. and the price was good!
- Just 5 min walk to the Railway station (Gare). Great breakfast and friendly staff, even though their English was insufficient.
Cons -
- Nothing, everything was perfect!
- I spend time to check in online in advance, but when I arrive in the evening tired after 13 hours travel; they haven't prepared my check in at all, so had to spend lot of time in the reception while they checked me in, fill out information and give me the key card. There were no tea and coffee facilities in the evenings.

Comfortable bed, great location, good breakfast and very, very kind staff!
Just smell in the hallway, like there is no air circulation for months there... And air conditioning which is barely functioning. Luckily it wasn't that hot outside.
Staff very friendly, helpful. Location was great. Layout and comfort great. Would have stayed had they had room.
Black mold on the shower trim.
Superb location, late checkout appreciated
Tiny lift that didn’t work overly well (door wouldn’t open on my floor so went up to walk down). Showing its vintage
The staff were lovely. By
Hotel is run down, basic, like a hostel. Breakfast was almost non existent, access is via a grubby alley with wheelie bins in the way. Corridors smelt musty and the decor was old and dated. No idea why Ibis have this on their portfolio.

Location
Location but dirty and in need of works. Too expensive for quality of the room. Not even a plug near the bed.
Location was perfect, room was ok for one night
Really small room, bed filled almost the entire room. No air-conditioning, or it didn't work, so it got really hot.
There was parking close to the hotel. The room 414 was compact but clean. The bath towels were absorbant and soft. I didn't hear other guests during the night. The desk manager working on Saturday 4 November was very pleasant and provided me with information on the history of Metz which was much welcome.
Can't think of anything.

A nice hotel, 5 minutes from Gare Metz Ville. Nice room and decent breakfast selection.
breakfast was very nice and with good and varied choice.Ideally located between the old/central city and the new hub (Pompidou Museum, etc.)
overall all ok
Friendly staff, clean accommodation, good breakfast.
The front desk staff went above and beyond. They upgraded us to a larger, more convenient room and were also very helpful with providing info for the bus schedule. And gave us a big bucket of ice!!
The rooms are in need of an update, but clean and comfortable.
