Novotel Metz Centre

Room was comfortable, nice bar and restaurant in the building, friendly staff

Water pressure in the shower was very bad. Decor and fixtures are a little dated could use a refresh.

It's what you would expect from a Novotel in France. Little outdated, but the basics (staff friendliness, clean rooms, warm shower, decent bed etc) all ok. On a normal scale, you would say 6-7 out of 10. On Booking that would mean 8 point something I guess.

Would be nice if the parking rate was a little cheaper.

The room was large and it was clean. The filtered water is a nice touch + there’s room to store luggage away. Not the best location but certainly not bad.

It’s kept well but the property looks worn, perhaps it’s time for an update. No luxury but decent for the price.

Nice hotel, perfect for a family overnight! Location at the center of Metz!

The fire alarm went off for a very long time during our stay. Not sure what happened.

The hotel needs a renovation in terms of rooms. The entrance and facade of the building doesn't seem very nice and welcoming. You need to use one little lift to the main reception (the building is shared with the post office - pretty strange concept). From the main reception, there is another lift. They were out of service at the same time. Bathroom look was very vintage.

Beautiful and great hotel. Lovely pool area, bar area and restaurant. Inside or next to a big mask in case you forgot anything. IMMEDIATELY next to a great town center full of restaurants and bars and patrons. Great experience.

It's not a bad hotel, but it feels very much like a conference hotel. Great location and very clean.

The check-in was easy and the hotel's facilities were explained in detail by the staff at reception. Excellent location in the middle of the city, an easy walk to everything you may want to see. many good restaurants within a few minutes walk. Pre-reserved parking under the hotel make it easy to come into the city center.

Only items to think of was the small and uncomfortable pillows.

The location! Excellent in the center. Once you park your car you are in walking distance from everywhere. You don't need it until you check out. Also the kids play area is great. The kids older and younger had a great time. The breakfast is a so good

The carpets in the rooms and the diffuser smell in the hallways. It's extremely strong!!

Breakfast was really nice. A good variety of everything and fresh.

The carpet had stains and the room decor looked tired. We would appreciate duvets on the kids’ beds instead of blankets.
