- Good breakfastSurroundings are pretty (probably better to go in summer since in winter you can not really use to outdoor facilities)Rooms are okay Dinner restaurants is excellent Personnel is friendly
- What a surprise this hotel. Your own tiny house -a lodge- a big bed, desk, 2 comfortable chairs, dining table with chairs, small but very economical bathroom. A 2/3 minute walk to the main building with a lovely restaurant. In the morning a good breakfast. We will return.
- The lodge was nicely decorated, spacious, and functional. It’s very close to the highway, which makes it convenient for an overnight stop. The bathroom was small but functional.
Cons -
- Swimming pool looked less good than in the photos, very small and would need some refurbishment, not super clean and very little amount of sunbeds and towels availableRooms were very cold in winter, electrical heating in sleeping room and bathroom is good but remaining rooms are cold (toilet, hallway)
- I must say I was very disappointed by the service and by the unhelpful tone I experienced at reception, which I find unacceptable for a four-star establishment, regardless of the level of stress, how busy the day was, or any staffing issues.I arrived at dinner time and asked for room service, a service that is clearly advertised on the hotel’s website. This was refused due to staffing constraints (the receptionist was alone and could not leave the desk unattended), and no alternative solutions were offered. When I explained that dining in the restaurant with a small child and a large dog could be challenging, I was first told this would not be a problem, only to be informed moments later that the restaurant was fully booked—though I was told the staff “would have made an effort” if I had been unable to arrange anything else.I expect—and usually experience—a far more proactive and service-oriented attitude in establishments of this category. While I understand that not everything is always possible, it is inappropriate to mention “making an effort” to a guest who is simply requesting a service the hotel advertises. Likewise, operational or staffing difficulties should never be highlighted to guests, who should remain unaware of behind-the-scenes issues.A more proactive and considerate approach—such as offering to arrange takeaway, or providing a cold dish from the restaurant for collection at reception—would have been greatly appreciated and could have easily resolved the situation. In short: professionalism was lacking.
- in all honesty for such price I was expecting more.the swimming pool area was a bit disappointing as well.

the staff was kind, the lodges are nice and well equipped
in all honesty for such price I was expecting more.the swimming pool area was a bit disappointing as well.
Such a cool elegant fun place nestled in the forest , was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail in the cabin with a fun theme but in tasteful way and very comfortable and quiet The restaurant was excellent service and everyone very welcoming. The food was delicious and generous with good section of wines It was nice to wake up to the sounds of nature and great you had you car right next to the cabin
All good
Beautiful setting, peaceful and among nature. Accommodation was of a high standard, clean and spacious with everything we needed. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. We only stayed one night as a stopover en route to Switzerland.
We had an issue at dinner as the staff served my son a meal containing dairy despite us telling them countless times he has an allergy (including when we made the booking months before). They really had nothing decent for him to eat as an alternative so he ended up with just fries for dinner. I would say the restaurant team were actually quite unhelpful and dismissive overall. It was a real shame as everything else at the resort was brilliant.
Wooded site. Relaxed. Excellent restaurant
Lighting in room
Stayed in a lodge, fabulous room, very clean, lovely bathroom/shower. Very peaceful with lake view and water fountain so if patio doors open hearing the water was lovely
trees could be cut back so can actually see the view better and get some sunlight on the decking. The pool was lovely but the outside area near pool very mossy, damp and a bit overgrown. Generally feels like some of the tress need trimming to get some sunlight throughout whole place.
Into of nature
sulfur water landfill near to house standing!! Smell all time . Impossible breath Restaurant kitchen not for attempt Restaurant service gentle but long waiting ….
Great chalet! Lovely views, relaxing stay, great food and a lovely pool.
Amazing location and the cabin was beautifully decorated.
Could do with a bit more lighting.
Amazing locatie, delicious food, great crowd.
Bothing
Easy to find and secluded lodges that were very peaceful & cool amongst the trees.
The grounds looked in need of some attention. It was all rather scruffy outside when it could have been beautiful. The lodges looked like they needed some decoration externally. Inside was fine.
POD was lovely, very clean & comfortable in quiet & secluded natural surroundings.
The massage bed was out of order in the spa & we weren’t informed when we paid to use the spa so it was €10 each just for steam & a sauna.
Located close to Metz, this is a practical place to stop for the night, very pleasant overlooking some small lakes, good and reasonably priced dinner, very good breakfast
Most rooms are separate lodges which give a bit of a pre-fab feel. That said, it is nice to have the extra space
The feeling you were in the countryside, pretty environment. The lodge was beautifully decorated and very well equipped. The parking was a bonus right outside the door of the lodge. Nice restaurant with good service and delicious food.
Not enthralled with the music and screen show during dinner. A Cuban themed film was projected onto screens that were lowered all around the edge of the restaurant which lasted for approximately 10-15 mins.
Beautiful setting, lush and green. Lots of rewilding done, so excellent for little critters too.
Shame about the enormous snails who visited us! Lol.
Loved the individual cabins! The pool was suberb. The grounds were very nice and it felt much more quiet and remote than it actually is.
Lovely setting and grounds. Good location. Very cosy and quirky cabin. Wonderful restaurant
Nice location and peaceful park setting. Restaurant onsite was fabulous and staff really nice
Electric car charges don’t work as advertised
