Room, Location, breakfast

Air Conditioner, hotel should allow customer to adjust temperature of room as they feel comfortable. In the morning temp use to reach 27 degrees which was very uncomfortable, and hotel asked us to open window which is not good advice. Across globe all hotels allows guests to adjust room temperatures.

Staff friendly and helpful. The location is good if you are not driving. Plenty of options for food nearby.

Parking

Location seemed ok and property was relatively well maintained.

Unhappy with the room and service, called me Mrs rather than Mr, specified a no-smoking room but my room smelt of cigarettes, also had a badly insulated doorway linking to a different customers room who smoked non-stop, reception told me "Sorry were full, bye" when I requested another room.

I didn't like almost anything except that it was in a central and popular spot.

It is said that there is a parking area, but there is very limited car capacity. They try to direct you to other nearby car parks (one of which is a paid car park) since it can accommodate very few vehicles compared to the number of rooms and you have to you play corner snatch for a free space.Not enough attention is paid to hospitality during breakfast. While the tables are waiting in a dirty way, the area where the breakfast is served is kept in a messy state as if it has been plundered by people.Except for the welcome, there are not many employees who care about the hotel customers.

The stuff was great. The breakfast was tasty. They take care of the cleaning.The location was amazing, it is close to very good restaurants and cafe's. It absolutely deserves the money.

Very disipointment

The staff service was below Hilton Quality also room Quality not clean and everything old furniture and bathroom was very dirty.This Hilton hotel is the most lowest kind i ever have seen and i can know that i travel all over the world in Hilton hotels

I have paid on checking in them when I checked out they ask me to pay more. Coz on Frist time they didn’t deducted all amount . Keeping balance. I don’t know why ?! Car Parking it’s too small and rush. No chance for all guests

it has excellent breakfast and perfect location near malls and downtown , and 1 mint from highway

The hotel is in a very good shape. The personell was extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you once again! The breakfast was absolutely amazing (Ramada Plaza Antalya should watch and learn!) Nice room, with everything.

The bed was pretty narrow. The hotel is located far from the city center.
