Friendly stuff at hotel. Good location inside city center. Parking was done in front of hotel on main road due to our late arrival (0:30 AM). Breakfast included into room rate. Comfortable bed. Cleanliness level on high standard

City center location is good.Staff at the breakfast was very nice.

Not reachabld by car, you need to park to their parking spot 5 minutes walk. Check and ask for the parking directions beforehand.

The hotel location is just great, thanks a lot to the porter who helped us everywhere…we supposed to stay one night but changed our plans and had to leave in the night..didn’t get his name but still thanks a lot to himHotel itself look pretty clean, and comfy. I would definitely recommend it.

I didn’t understand what was wrong with the check in stuff. I was coming with my cousin who speaks turkish, the reservation was under my name and I was the one who was checking in… they did speak pretty good English although when they saw that my cousin speaks turkish, they ignored me literally without any apologies, no one told me about breakfast, or check out time, nothing at all. This was absolutely RUDE cuz if you start conversation with me - you have to at least finish it, or else translate to me if you preferred talking turkish. Check out was pretty similar but with the other stuff, my cousin was busy on the phone and she left so I was waiting till they finish, and they seemed like doing nothing, I asked is there any problem why check out takes ages? they be like we are just waiting when you will pay for the coffee… EXCUSE ME?! how in the world am I supposed to pay for anything if you just standing there without telling me a word? which kind of customer service is that even? I would maybe assume myself that I have to pay for the coffee, but they said from beginning it was a welcome thing… according to my experience, welcome gift are not required to be payed Anyway, recommendation to the check in stuff: when you are dealing with one person - finish it correctly (even if the friend/family) speaks your native language. and don’t assume that people will read your mind…If i got to pay - ask how would I like to pay for this or that.. Im wondering how long would I have to stay there if I didn’t ask myself. You are a customer service, it is your job toy communicate, no one will read your mind.

Out of the 4 nights we spent at the hotel, for 2 morning no buffet breakfast was made available. This was apparently due to the low number of guests at the hotel. Instead we were served a very limited few items.

Hotel is situated on perfect place for tourists. Everything is on walking distance . Tram station is on 2 min.

When there are less people in the hotel, breakfast takes a bit more time , because is served. Even that ladies responsible are very smiles and polite.

Very good food, professional personnel. Very good location.

Rooms good, breakfast nice and a good range. Bar is good.

Directions to parking. Traffic near hotel was also terrible took an hour to move a mile. Breakfast ran out fast and should have been topped up faster.

Very clean, comfortable and in a perfect situation. Close to city centre and river.

The location was fantastic, well decorated room with extra large and comfortable bed.

It seemed that hotel didn’t know that we were coming, when we came to check in. I booked a room with double bed and single bed, I have also requested an extra bed, but the room that we got was just a double bed. Staff had no problem in giving us an extra bed, but we were still one bed short ? As we were staying only one night and the double bed was really really big, we fitted.

The rooms are super comfortable, clean, the staff is really friendly. We were father and daughter and there was only one bed, we asked if we could change to a room with 2 beds and they gave is a room without any problems attached. Its in the middle of the center of Eskişehir and we loved our stay here. We are definitely coming back!

The hotel is at the perfect location, 4 mins from the train station and right at the start of the buzzing city centre. The room was very modern and comfortable with very friendly staff at reception who spoke great English. The spread at the breakfast was not very fancy but had everything you would need to fuel up and the staff even prepared a crepe on demand.

It's in the heart of the city. Everything is within walking distance. The hotel is new and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They've got an arrangement with a nearby private parking parking called ParkPlus and it's free for hotel guests.

WiFi was very unreliable. When I called to ask if there's any problem with the wifi, they said it's usual when there are many guests using it.

it wasn't clean enough. we asked them twice to clean the room dust and the bathroom no shampoo, no staffs available but after asking them they did well and everything was good. but we expect that no need to ask for that because the hotel was member of Radisson

The room was very big and spacious. Temperature was well managed in the rooms.

Parking facilities, waited our car for quite long time when we needed due to a street market around the parking location and had a use a taxi in the end after the wait.
