Smoking inside the property (many Western European states this is now banned so we're not used to it anymore) just mean we came home with clothes smelling

I do not recommend at all. Terrible service. I decided to book only because of the brand, but the standards are not met at all. The concept of an aparthotel implies the presence of a kitchen, there is a kitchen, no questions about that, but why have a kitchen if there are no dishes, at least a frying pan. We asked the staff for dishes, but they said that you need to pay about 100 dollars for dishes. What?? I think this is completely unacceptable. I ask the franchisee to pay attention to the hotel standards.

1. The property location wasn’t accurate according to google maps!2. The lobby is very smelly!3. I’ve to wait a longer than usual to finish my booking.4. No body to help me with my language.5. The elevator card doesn’t work!6. No available parking spot!

At least my room thermostat did not allow me to make it cooler , till I was advised by reception to open the window

Everything was good, good location. Nearby market and food court location. Good staff and politely with customers.

Very bad and uncomfortable single beds. Only 80cm. Good enough for a child but not for an adult.For this reason I would not choose this hotel again.Very bothering for Guests: EXTREME use of air spray (room spray) near the reception/entrance. Unhealthy and not appropriate.

Nothing ..absolutely nothing

Right from the check-in to check out staff was very uncooperative.it seems they are not aware of what their job is.Even explaing what a normal toilet paper is took too long .And don't go by facilities mentioned on booking.com cause they will turn up and say we don't have it for short term stays

Well located hotel. Cleanliness is up to par. The bathroom was perfect. The availability of parking is a huge plus.We would visit again. I recommend!

Nice room with a kitchenette; however, you do have to buy your own kitchen equipment. There is a supermarket that has everything you need, including pots, pans, silverwear, cups, etc. to furnish the kitchenette in the room right next door to this place.The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was a nice size. It is located next to a small park and within walking distance to the tram station.The staff was very welcoming and helpful and answered all our questions. This place is outside the city centre and a 15-minute ride away on the tram.We enjoyed a nice, comfortable, and relaxing stay.

New building. Radisson quality. Convenient parking. Lots of food options till late evening including nice restaurant and fast food options. Nice bar! Good choice for overnight stay. We had small miss-understanding with the room at check in and the reaction from the hotel was fast and perfect. Good job Nova Vista front desk! Highly recommended.

A little far from center

Beautiful new hotel, spacious and comfortable rooms, food is delicious in the restaurant part of the hotel, friendly staff. Especially recommended for families because they have a big indoor playground area right next to the diner

just two minor things to improve: soap was not provided in our room (soap container was empty) , the breakfast area got a bit crowded (the hotel was full due to the holiday period to be fair) and coffee was not served, only tea so we needed to order as an extra. Please provide coffee, for some of us it's essential fuel in the morning :)

Bathroom door was a sliding glass door which makes anyone in toilet could easily be seen by anyone in the room.I hope hotels change this trend
