Use this hotel in emergency only. One night is max if you are just passing by the city. Mosquitoes!!!

ATTENTION!!!!! The rooms are unmaintained, shabby, and unclean. The toilet bowl in the bathroom was not working. I was forced to use the shared toilet at the reception two floors below me. After fixing the problem, it stopped working again the next morning! During the stay, the rooms were not cleaned by the staff! Odors from the hotel's kitchen were coming into the room through the ventilation. On top of everything, I was charged twice for the stay - once on my credit card for the reservation made through Booking and separately I was asked to pay at the reception without being issued an invoice. Upon leaving the hotel, I requested a refund for one of the amounts of 231.67 EUR. They told me they would check and refund it. As of now, almost two months later, the overcharged amount has not been refunded. They do not respond to messages asking for assistance. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had booked the King Suite but were given another apartment on the first floor. We agreed to the swop but the King Suite would have been better. We had problems with the toilet plumbing. The hotel is conveniently located close to markets and museums.Eskisehir is a gem, and the Breeze Hotel and its staff added to a great experience.

in non smoking room very strong cigarette smell. No normal shelters on the bed, the towel with the hole in the middle, electrical socket not working, only one light switch, 4kelvin cool white light everywhere

Comfortable place to stay, good value for money.

The property is on a very rushy road, so you get stuck in traffic a lot. The bathroom flush was not working and had broken knob.

Welcoming and kind staff and within walking distance to the train station. Our room was comfortable and it was nice having a window we could open for fresh air. The hotel is close to some lovely simple cafes with delicious Turkish food.

The breakfasts weren’t very appealing and were limited.The toilet didn’t flush that well.Poor soundproofing. We could hear another guest in their bathroom.

Terrible hotel. On the day of our stay it was raining, we were with a baby and we asked three times for extra heating for the cold room. It was not brought to us. Despite booking a double bed we were given a room with four!!! single. There was only one chair in the whole room and nothing else. The bathroom sink runs at your feet when you wash. The room was facing a fence, enclosed by a grate and air cannot even come in for ventilation. Never book this hotel!!!

The hotel is in the very center, but NO car park definetely !!!..They call it "a car park" that they are keeping for customers in front of the hotel, which is on the main road with a big traffic jam...Plus most of the time this is not empty, so u re struggling for at least half an hour to park...If u want a safe parking for your car, forget it !..Plus after all this, the recepcionist (Emrah) was super rude ? We felt like we should directly leave, but it was late and we were tired driving during the day, so we stayed...the room was ok, but totally the worst stay we ever did...

They didn't even provide 01 bottle or a glass of water, they charge extra for water. There is a door lock problem not locking smoothly

Staff very friendly and eager to help. Central location. Nice design of interiors and rooms.

Staying on the ground floor, it was very noisy with people in reception and in the rooms above. Was hard to get to sleep due to noise. On a higher floor, this may not be an issue.

The place didn't meet our expectations. The sheet and bath towels were dirty. Also we didn't have any blankets in the room , which let my wife to freeze all night.

The Staff was friendly, helped us to get a Taksi and gave advices, the position of the hotel is perfect.

The room was not as expected, the towels and sheets were old, the toilet broken, we disliked it.

Breakfast and washroom!breakfast ends before it's ending time.... And no variety ... even they provide milk when we ask... no water in the room...we bought water bottles.Washroom was very small... And camod tank was not working...

The hotel is clean and quiet nice. They clean the trash every day and can provide additional towels and chair. You can park the car in front of the hotel. It is well situated - you can buy foods in supermarkets and there are restaurants nearby.

The kitchen is empty. You can provide some plates or cutlery for future guests. ..and I really don't like that I have to write this..We wanted to prolong our stay for one night and they gave us higher price because there was supposed to be special Turkish holiday. They even played this theater that they are giving us actually really big discount in such a special period of time. We paid the price, but later discovered that this "special" holiday was not the night we stayed, of course. :) The same thing is about the shop in the hotel. They have sings everywhere that the prices are normal - but they are not...Just be aware, that what is written there, is not true. :)I also worked in the hotel, but we never cheated our clients like this... It was unacceptable.

close to everywhere, very safe next police station ,u have bazar next hotel than the center , u can walk everywhere super close , helpful staff really I like it. I will back ??

The room was clean and tidy, with a comfy bed and a nice bathroom. The staff was welcoming.

There was no view, the access to WiFi was a bit complicated. There was a minor problem with the shower.
