Pros +
- Nice room, a little small, but comfortable. Breakfast was very continental but then the guests seem to be mainly from Germany so I can't complain. The food was OK, but then there are so many nice restaurants around it is hard to complete. The staff were all very friendly and the bar on the hotel beach was excellent.
- Friendly helpful staff, delicious breakfast. Relaxing big clean pool. Activities, the aqua gym very good. Clean spacious room with sea view, quiet efficient air-con .
- All the people from the staff were wonderful and tried to do their best to ensure our most remarkable stay. Mr George, Nikos, Rania, Natalia, the reception team and of course the PR Manager Nick with his endless energy!!!Thank you all and hope to see you again!
Cons -
- No toaster at breakfast.
- Balcony door was very difficult to open, the airconditioning didn't work as it should be.
- There is a dangerous road in front of the hotel to cross to the beach. Many cars pass on that road and there is no stop sign.

It was a perfect stay, thank you all! We loved our beautiful room with fantastic views from our balcony, Super friendly stuff, extremely helpful and always with a smile. Breakfast was simply outstanding! Love the pool, beach bar and the modern amenities! Big thumbs up, A happy stay! Wish we stay longer.
This was our second time in the last 4 years staying at Tylissos Beach Hotel. Its hands down one of the best places to stay in Ierapetra. EVERYTHING is just a short walk away. The hotel staff is always amazing. The hotel has been beautifully updated since our last visit. The room is wonderfully comfortable with the most amazing shower. The bar/pool staff are great. Breakfast selection was as good as ever. I can't wait to come back next year!!!
The barman was nice, this was the only Pro
- room was not clean and with a bad smell- in 5 days no towel change- wifi connection was very bad- breakfast was very poor as for quality- 1 day out of five room was not cleanedall this for 200€ / night!not raccomanded at all.
The staff on reception and in the canteen were so lovely. Veronica especially went out of her way to make my birthday stay so special.
It doesn’t look anything like the photos. was too small, barely space to put luggage, and the cleaners didn’t provide clean cups daily . also they overcharge for clean beach towels. our view overlooked other peoples houses and gardens which is not private or luxury, neither is hearing a rooster at 9am daily.the food was not very good compared to restaurants in Ierapetra, also not much to do in the area.
Everything from room to swimming pool. Staff was the best I've ever had in my whole life. Miss Veronika and Mr George are super friendly and Veronika especially really takes care of You. Excellent services.
Just the massage I had.
