Enorme Santanna Beach

Great room - great hotel - it is more boutique than commercial which is great. Very clean - loved the beach bar and the pool bar - a nice set up.

1. I think the concierge could give more options for going over to Agios Nicolas as that is a great town and where there are actually boat yours other than Crissi Island offers from the small town next door. The taxi there and back could even be cheaper if the hotel could offer a van service for a price per person in the morning and a return in the evening. The taxi there and back was 60 euros each way but really worth it for all the little city has to offer!2. I was by myself,as my friend had already gone back to the room, and I ate dinner and wanted to take my piece of cake back with me and I was stopped in the steps by a yelling employee who then treated me like a small child “You must have permission to take that back” “You may not leave the dining room with that”. I am a 55 year old woman by herself and was berated like a small child in front of everyone and literally had to leave it behind for it to be thrown away rather than me taking it to my room. It really turned me off for the whole stay.

The beach is beautiful and the water is clear, but the beach can be very dangerous due to the rocks at the wave break

We had a special occasion for our trip and we picked just the right hotel to enjoy. Everything is truly amazing and we cannot wait to come back. I'd highlight the beach staff and the facilities down - it's very comfy and not crowded - perfect.

We have enjoyed the whole stay at this hotel - the pool, the beach, the views from the balcony, the sunset and especially the spa.

We stayed one night at the end of October, so the hotel was not busy and we were allowed to check out later, which was very appreciated. Overall, the hotel is very nice and new, since the units are terraced it seems that every room should have a good view. The staff was very friendly. The restaurant buffet had many options.

It's not that I did not like it but it would be easier to have self service drinks at the breakfast buffet instead of waiting to order.The bathroom lighting was very dim.

One of the best hotels we stayed in Greece. Everything was exceptional. Room with huge balcony with sunbeds and amazing view, staff were very friendly and helpful. Huge selection at Breakfast and Dinner. Great location overlooking the sea and coast beyond.

Everything was just perfect! We were little bit worried because we stayed there with our 2 years old son and this hotel is more for couples but we enjoyed our stay so much! We are definitely comming back!!!Also staff was amazing and very friendly. Ten stars!

The restaurant is very crowded, bright and noisy - like a cafeteria. Almost all tables are for two people.

We loved the gorgeous view from the terrace of our room.

The dinner could be better quality. Some of the meals had no taste and others were over salted.

Great resort, excellent food and friendly staff. We are definitely coming back next year.Tips for other guests - best to avoid rooms next to the pool and bar/restaurant area, these seem to have a lack of privacy. Otherwise it’s a great place!

The hotel was really amazing, honestly one of the best I have done. The room was very spacious, we had one with a little private pool. The staff is so friendly and nice. The private beach is just in front of the hotel and you have a little underground tunnel to go there. But one of the most amazing thing was the buffet. The food in the evening was so so good. Everyday was a different "theme", you can see it's cooked fresh, I have done a lot of buffet in hotels and this one is really above anything else. We had rent a car to go from the airport to the hotel and the main city is less than a 10 min drive.

Bed was very hard, I didn't sleep well the first few days. You also have to pay for water at diner which I think is a bit too much.

We really liked the location, excellent food, very friendly staff. We enjoyed a much needed vacation!

The bathroom light was very bad, not easy to apply makeup or shave. The mattress was so soft that I was having some back issues unfortunately ?

Cooking staff deserve all the praise, and all servers as well. Resort has an access to the beach with sunbeds, that is all you need for comfortable vacation.

We really enjoyed the amazing view, the spacious and clean room and the swim up shared pool (that we almost utilised exclusively! ?). Breakfast and dinner offered amazing variety of choices!

Probably only the fact that it is quite windy usually making the pool a bit cold sometimes! However, you don't feel too hot during the day!

10/10 service, stunning views , rooms are brand new and perfect, climat at swimming pool bar and beach fasilities make you relaxed. We felt like rich people from Monako spending 1/5 of price that we would pay in other parts of the island . Next time we want to take apartament with big private swimming pool because its totally worth it. Food for breakfast is fresh and there is many options to choose from , we always took few rounds of plates. The Dinner have different options everyday so even we stayed 8 nights it did not get bored.

Far away , without car you need to take very expensive taxi to get there . There are buses but also dont cheap and on Sunday there is no bus.The beach have no sand.

For 300 Euro per night for 1 person: Rooms has bad smells (sewers, toilet ?).Food buffet is very disappointing for the price.Cannot charge your devices (Laptop, Cell phone, etc) when you are not in the room with the key.Washroom is very small and not enough lights.Shower is leaking all over the washroom.Air Con is very loud and not working very well.Multiple power outages during the night, and Air Con does not go back on automatically.Beach umbrellas you need to pay. Normally it is free for hotel guests. I do not recommend at all for the price. In fact, I do not recommend Lerapetra at all. The city is of no interest. So many better options in Kriti.

The location of the hotel is minimum 1 hour from the crystal blue beaches. The hotel beach is not good. The food could be better.
