Pros +
- We were honeymoon couple and staff made us surprise sparkling wine, cake and fruit in our room. We very appreciate it also we prefer to stay in silence area. Hotel is really luxurious and meet our expects. Cinema in outside also good.
- Calm and clean. Near good places and beaches to discover.Friendly staff that help you.Good massage experience.
- Beautiful resort, very peaceful and perfect for relaxing all day by the pool or beach. The staff were really friendly and helpful.
Cons -
- Sea is not good due to waves.
- The food is not that greek. I would argue it’s for foreigners, any real greek would see that it’s for tourists. No initiative to stop people from reserving sun beds and leaving.
- Limited food options, the breakfast and dinner buffets were just ok. The a la carte was good, but there was only one restaurant for dinner. If you have a car there’s lots of good options within a 10-15 minute drive.

Gorgeous hotel! The private beach was stunning. The staff was extremely helpful - Dimos, Katia, Iakovos, Konstantinos, and many others assisted us a lot. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend the hotel!
The hotel is well-situated, close to the town making it convenient for guests. Great for a peaceful getaway, ensuring a relaxing atmosphere. Two pools, including a quiet pool, provide options for both relaxation and socializing. The buffet offers diverse food options daily, catering to various tastes. Beautiful beach and pool area enhance the overall experience, perfect for sunbathing and leisure. OverallThis hotel is a fantastic choice for adults looking for a relaxing vacation with good amenities and a lovely beach setting.
Stylish. Elegant. Beachfront. Lovely staff. Delicious food.
We had terrible winds during our stay. No ones fault of course but meant we couldn’t use the outdoor areas. Which are lovely. It’s quite remote. There’s no where else to stroll to.
Very good breakfast, dinner. Very nice and clean vibe of the hotel with attentive staff. Main asset is the coach Petros in the gym and open air movie nights.
Not much around outside of the property
Everything I could not fault it. Location might be out of the way for some travellers but it was perfect for my solo trip. It was so relaxing and food and service exceptional. Planning my return trip next year.
NA
It is stunning . The location, the rooms, the beach; the restaurants . The staff were fantastic
The spa could have been bigger and the gym was tiny. It would have been good with more options for yoga with evening classes as well rather than just mornings
Breakfast and Dinner were very good in a good location facing the sea.A good beach and swimming experience.
The property was well maintained and clean. Food was great. The location was remote.
The size of the room was unacceptable.
The pools, the distance from the sea, the a la carte restaurant.
We had a very small room, it was half of the pictures they showed on Booking. The room was placed very near the emergency exit (just in the hallway landing) so we could hear everyone passing by on their flip-flops. When my husband opened the door, people could see me laying in the bed (this can’t be normal and is also not was the pictures on booking show). The room also had a green exit lamp inside, which is very weird as other rooms didn’t have this. We think this room was a storage room which they turned into an extra room. We paid €350 per night, which is very high if you compare it to other hotels. When complaining about this, the only thing we could do to fix this problem asap was to switch rooms (for an additional €50 per night). Next to that, they charge money for everything (even the coffee cups in your room). When we wanted to check-out we suddenly had to pay €10 extra taxes per night. Luckily my husband had a look on Booking which mentions: including all taxes. Suddenly we didn’t need to pay the taxes anymore (very weird in my opinion). Definitely a watch-out during your check-out. Overall the place was nice, breakfast was every day the same, buffet in the evening is overpriced (€35 pp) and almost every day the same. I would recommend to go to some restaurants in the neighborhood such as Thalassa, Searocco, ViaPotza.
The facilities (pools, sea access, gym, tennis courts) were excellent. The breakfast was delicious. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and have everything you need.
The TV only had German channels and the screen mirroring only connects to Android phones which is a shame for English iPhone users. It rained while we were there so would have been nice to be able to use the TV.
Super friendly personnel. The hotel is cosy, pretty and ideally located. The equipments are high quality. It is a perfect place to relax and chill in a private environment. The food quality in their several restaurants was really top quality, as well as the service.
The food quality at Lunch was ok, not the best I had on the Island. However the restaurant were really great. Also, I asked which water activities could be done (jetski, etc.) but no choice was offered except from the diving center which is in the Hotel. It would be great to have more activities offered around the place.
Good breakfast, comfy room, great pool and fantastic double sun beds.
The check in experience was very stressful,we had a difficult journey and whilst the staff were trying to be helpful it just didnt work for us,at 5* stays we usually find a much smoother & easier check in,this felt hassled. We felt that to not provide water at dinner unless you paid separately for it was miserly in the extreme given the star rating of the resort.
Excellent breakfast in a beautiful location
Could not always sit outside
We had a great stay at Numo. The resort is beautifully designed. The staff was very friendly and the food was excellent. There’s room for improvement but would definitely consider coming back if we’d be looking for a type of holiday like we had , which was a few relaxing days at the beach
Gym definitely needs lots of improvement. It’s pretty poorly equipped. We managed to get some exercise out of it, but forget about any serious workouts.Bed was a little too soft for our liking . Rooms although nicely designed, the finish was not of a high standard.
Very good
The only criticism I have is regarding the quality and number of gym machines. Often there was a queue to get on the equipment and some of it was dated and not of a high standard. I have used much better gyms within much cheaper hotels. It's only a small point. The rest of the hotel was perfect.
Staff were awesome, place was very clean, peaceful and relaxing environment
Mould in the bathroom.
Everything. It’s beautiful. Such a relaxing stay. The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond. The location right on the beach is so nice. The main swimming pool was ice cold but so nice once in then you come out and walk to the beach and into the sea which then felt like a bath. Highly recommend this hotel for a lovely relaxing stay. Everything about it is amazing. There is not much around outside of the hotel, we had a car for the week which you would need if wanting to mix it up and go out.
Some English channels would be good in the TV in the room. It’s all focussed around German, Swiss etc. We loved everything else about the property.
