Astron Hotel

Nice, clean room

The master bedroom didn't have any closets. And it could have a few more furnitures to place the suitcases on.

The breakfast was excellent !

We where ordering rooms with seaview. To see to sea we had to look 'throug' the neighbours balcony, which we ofcourse not wanted to do. So, no seaview.

Location is great. Very nice breakfast. Staff very helpful.

Very small room. The AC was not working properly and it was very warm.

Breakfast was great. Location was amazing.

Rooms need a bit of refurbishment.

We had a small problem with the bedlight and allso asked for an extra cover and this was fixed within minutes. We were also upgraded to a better room. We had booked economy for just one night - but due to some available rooms in the category above we got one with a balcony with seaview. Now that's customer service :-)

Direct on the beach and good parking space .Staff very friendly and helpful.I had a problem with my hire car , the reception lady fixed it for us .

No complaints Would have been better if you good eat in the evening in the hotel .

very clean and spacious

the receptionists weren’t very helpful

Friendly staff.Super breakfast.Great locationEasy parking

The room was spacious and the breakfast was good (however the buffet area was a bit tight)

The location was good but the parking can be hard to find. the room was overpriced

Very well located, good room with terrace and views to the see. Very good breakfast

The bathroom and teh shower

Excellent location next to the sea, bright and spacious room with amazing sea view and tasty and plenty full breakfast based on local products. Very nice bed and shower, In the center of the city of Ierapetra.

The room could have been cleaner, we face so much dust on the shelves near the room mirror.

A spacious room, excellent facilities and a wonderful sea view balcony; superb and varied breakfast.

Very nice location with great seaview!

Receptionist not very nice, almost no amenities, old equipment.

Location

Receptionist when we arrived first day was rude and in a bad mood, otherwise friendly staff. Little to no vegetables/fruit in the breakfast, bad juice.

Great variety

Omelette could be more tenderCoffee could be improved

Friendly, professional staff, ready to help, even during night. Thank you.

Cold in the room after arrival. Heating via aircondition is not the best solution.

I liked the design and the location of this hotel.the stuff is very friendly and willing.the breakfast is good and with a good variety and good coffee.

the rooms are a bit noisy and to the small side

Big brekkie, lots of choise! Great location and reception staff very friendly!

The shower made the bathroom into a pool. The price is a bit high for the room.

Everything perfect!!!!!The hotel is placed just nearby to seaside promenade with lots of traditional "tavernas". All hotel staff were very pleasant, helpful and makes my stay very comfortable. They show true meaning of hospitality.
