Too many children , too noisy . It is pity that there is no time within a year dedicated only for adults :-)

The beach. Only.

The room smelled like sewage constantly, making it impossible to relax. The shower flooded the entire room, and the closet was placed so poorly it blocked the air conditioning, leaving the room hot and stuffy. The walls and headboard were dirty, but that was just the start of the problems.The facilities were overcrowded and basic. The common areas were so hot and lacking air conditioning that I nearly fainted. The buffet was terrible—most of the food looked like leftovers, served in a sweltering, uncomfortable room. The restaurant was overcrowded and filled with sweaty, miserable people struggling to find seats.Despite claiming to be "all-inclusive," they charged for everything, from sunbeds at the beach to a late checkout. Service was nonexistent; only one person was helping with luggage, while the rest of us had to struggle with our own bags up and down hills. Absolutely not worth staying in this sewage-filled place.

First of all the location, the beach, the food, the programs, the staff’s professionalism and the whole hotel itself is amazing. There isn’t a problem the staff can’t solve and the restaurants are functioning so smoothly even if you arrive late there still will be the full variety of dishes you can choose from. Compliments to the chef! But who made our stay extra special was the exceptional animation team! We would like to thank them for everything, especially for always making us smile! We were looking forward to seeing them anywhere around the hotel doing basically anything with so much passion and excitement we couldn’t help but feel the same. The show they made was amazing, they are not just the nicest, but crazy talented as well. Thank you, it was truly a blast!

A very beautiful resort. Maintained, clean and modernly furnished. Very nice staff and good service. Beautiful beach. Also a separate dining room for adults, as there are a lot of families with children here. Only the kitchen lags behind and is more standard than exceptional. Regularly offering Asian freshwater pangas fish on a Greek island is like serving the worst US beer - Budweiser - at Oktoberfest. There is also a small selection of seafood, shrimps, etc. You can get exceptional quality meat... Although I understand that the biggest queue of families with children was for burgers and pizza. It's a shame. Such a beautiful resort deserves better quality food. therefore "only" 9 stars. Otherwise, we were very satisfied and would love to come back!!!!

* Reception staff were above and beyond, they gave us an early check in, and free room upgrade, with amazing sea view.* food is good and tasty, variety is amazing, and there is adults only sitting area, which you can have some more quite.* the beach is beautiful! enough sunbeds for everyone.* bed is comfortable.* great customer service. we had ants in the room due to a dead butterfly, they sent the housekeeping in 5 min.and called to apologize for the inconvenient, they also gave us 2 premium drinks voucher which were great.

* location is far from Heraklion or Sitia.* room furniture is bit outdated.* Alcohol drinks are not the best quality, but there is huge variety.

Very good price/quality. The main advantage over many hotels is that it has its own beach with fine sand and easy water entry.The staff is great and the food also.The internet is fast only when few people connected (in the morning).

A very nice area especially for families with small children. Beautiful sandy beach partially hidden from the wind, very gradual entry into the sea, slides, climbing frames and a great animation team.The food was very tasty with a large selection.

Maybe the orange juice could be natural and not from a powder.

Responsive and attentive staff. Very good facilities for kids. Plenty of food choices in main restaurant. Fantastic sandy beach.

Food was decent. Rooms are large and comfy.

The evening entertainment shows were absolutely heinous, especially for the kids. Bellow the belt humor, innuendoes and inappropriate performances.

We loved the hotel. The food was outstanding, the staff smile and are helpful, the sea and beach are great, and our room is marvellous. When there was a problem, it was attended to immediately.If you like walking, do the Pefki Gorge. You walk there directly from the hotel.

really accommodating staff. extremely friendly and cheerful. nothing was too much trouble. spotlessly clean. covid precautions taken very seriously with lots of gel, gloves and mask in enclosed spaces. great variety of food choices. very family friendly. spa was amazing too.

We had an amazing time with my fiance, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. The location of the hotel is great with an amazing beach and the pool bar was very close so we definitely enjoyed it !

Awful. One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

The hotel was appalling. It is false advertising by this hotel to say it is 5 stars. It was dirty, the rooms were cheap holiday inn style rooms, the aircon was ineffective, the food was inedible. There were no luxuries or additional services that should be available in a 5 star hotel. We checked out after our first night because we were so disappointed with this hotel.
