Timely communication, the staff are very helpful. Great devices in the room, an air conditioner, a mini bar filled with a few free drinks, which can also be used as a mini fridge. Nice breakfast with a beautiful garden.

Decent breakfast, nice room for it, wasn't super impressed with the choices but sufficient. They would make eggs and coffee to order. Room ok, had a view over the square, it's a cute town.

The check-in system. It took me a while to figure out. Another person checking in at the same time was completely confuddled. Having to download and use an app that you will likely only ever use at this hotel is annoying as &$*(@ and despite instructions, it was not intuitive. After hours support at another location by phone. I get it, I get the logic and finances, but it's annoying.

staffing very nice and helpful (both at breakfast and reception). check in/out and access to the room via app is quite useful and quick to set up.the room is comfortable, especially the bed.

About everything, the place, about 20 minutes to SAP, very nice boutique hotel, good size for the room, free mini-bar, great coffee, nice breakfast, good bedding, friendly staff.

It was a spacious room with an excellent bed, nice furniture and a balcony

The room was clean and suitable for guests with allergies. It had a nice balcony with a view to their rooftop garden. The bathroom was functional and the water pressure was good.

The staffless check-in process was a nightmare. You are standing with your phone in a hallway with no reception and I had not realized that I should have downloaded an app before. The breakfast was at most okay. For a Saturday night in Walldorf, the room was quite overpriced.

Central location in Walldorf. Very comfortable beds and great breakfast. Great value for money for our holiday trip to the family!

Check-in to the Hotel only via the "hotelbird" app. It worked fine, but took some time and certainly had some friction: To get into the building you need to have bluetooth enabled and need an active internet connection on your phone.

No AC, but there was a fan. I wasn’t able to adjust the temperature, but overall it worked and it was okay.

Very friendly staff, also on the phone explaining how to download the app to get access to the room.The property was very clean. Positive was also the minibar with free drinks (as it was very hot at the time)

The room was quite hot and no AC. After opening the windows it gradually became better.

Staff were nice. I was unable to make it in time to meet with them due to traffic problems and.could.not get the web app to work in order to get the digital key so had to find another hotel with on-site staff . They attempted to provide options but I was so late getting in it did not work out.

The web app would not register me. I didn't have a working phone number to use for approval and so didn't have a valid account to use

Room was nicely decorated and adequately sized. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Location is great. Can walk to restaurants, grocery store and various shops in minutes. Bus stop is a 4 min walk away if you want to travel further.

Bathroom shower has no shelf to store personal items. Shelf near sink is also limited. No A/C. I was lucky it wasn't very hot the week I visited. Had to open balcony door to cool and ventilate the room and was bitten by mosquitos twice.

We had a lovely and big family room - the sleeper couch was fully made when we arrived. We were really pleasantly surprised by the location, size of the room and the overall amenities. Breakfast was awesome and presented by a really nice and kind lady who took a lot of interest in our boys. We will definitely stay again when en route to Switzerland.

Friendly, helpful staff. Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. Secure storage for our bicycles. Bright breakfast room and terrace. Nice breakfast.

Beaituful big room, good breakfast, in the very center of Walldorf. Bakery, restaurants bus, all right outside.
