Leonardo Hotel Heidelberg Walldorf

They charged extra for breakfast and it wasn¿t included with the room.

Very nice hotel, good restaurant with awesome food

The room was so hot I needed to keep the window open to be able to sleep.

- Awesome breakfast- Comfortable beds- Coffee machine in the room- Sauny and swimming pool

- AC didn't work

Safe in room didn’t work. Staff at reception desk found it funny for some reason. Mattress was very soft and sinking. Not much choice at breakfast.

The staff are very friendly. Timo, in particular, is always ready to assist us with our requests and offers great alternatives if something isn’t available. He consistently goes the extra mile to help, which we truly appreciate

great air conditioner which kept the room comfortable even when the outdoor temp reached over 35 Celsius. spacious rooms. great pillows and comfy bed. great water pressure in the shower, bathroom was clean and renovated. large parking area, we had no trouble finding a spot even though the hotel seemed fully booked. wide open location close to autobahn but windows insulated very well we heard nothing of outside traffic. fantastic breakfast selection. small fridge in the room can hold up to 3 1liter bottles.

hotel is aged, you can tell it was great at one time but now it seems nothing has been updated or fixed in a while, reminded me of hotels in the 90's. wall to wall stained carpeting in hallways, doorways chipped and damaged with age. wall to wall aged carpeting in the rooms, not ideal in a post covid world. room had not been thoroughly cleaned, remnants of nutshell from presumably previous guest under the chair. insects in the room despite never opening a window.doorframe to the bathroom badly scraped with peeling paint. sliding door to the indoor pool missing the handle so inaccessible. lounge chairs in outdoor pool so aged they were sagging on to the metal support bars underneath making it impossible to lay face down. hotel is in need of renovation, seems a bit neglected.

It is a good hotel with a good restaurant.

No elevator in one of the hotel wings; only a very small lift. The pool area needs maintenance (paint, fix of broken parts).

spacious room, incl bathroom

the property has aged and is a bit run down. furniture and doors are damaged. still fully functional and clean, just a bit too well used.

More than enough parking spaces & friendly staff.

No restaurants in walking distance.

clean rooms, very friendly staff

a little noisy, ac did not work

The staff members are super friendly and responsive. We had an issue with last minute Booking reservation and reception lady was very responsive and helped us not to stay overnight in lobby. :) Next morning another lady at the reception was so smiley and kind. You are doing your job very well, thank you! Hotel is in good location for overnight stay. Room was clean and there is provided coffee maker in the room, bottle of water, small fridge and a safe. There is spacious car park free of charge. Definitely recommend and we will book again when we will be in this area.

Very old & Tired

Restaurant is average if being very generous Rooms are old & tired as is all hotelYou need to book restaurant before arrivalPool area OKWe had family from hell in next room, kids running round screaming till midnight

Quick check-in/check-out. Great breakfast.

Some renovation work might help making the place more attractive

Convenient location, very friendly and helpful staff who also made our little dog feel welcome with some little snacks!Dinner in the restaurant was really tasty and good value, and it was so convenient to have dinner on site rather than have to drive somewhere else after a long day in the car. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect for a short stopover, but the area around seemed a bit barren if you were planning to stay longer.

Pleasant room

Limited menu choice in restaurant, dated ambiance, remote location if without car, no bar, no social atmosphere

Breakfast was excellent as usual

We missed the mushrooms at breakfast and there were only two tissues left in the tissue box

The staff: they helped us really well when our child left the shoes there and we noticed 3 travel hours later.

A little bit smelly in the room.

Location & breakfast

Room too hot

Big rooms and they were able to accommodate our request for adjoining rooms. Free parking was very nice. The breakfast was delicious and well stocked.

The location was great for us, close to motorway which suited us as it was a stopover. We drove three miles in the morning, left our car at the Train Station Weisloch-Walldorf and took a Group Ticket to cover us for approx. €21 for 3 adults on all local trains and buses for the day (not ICE trains) to Heidelberg for the Christmas Market, the gentleman on Reception gave us very detailed instructions for where we needed to go. The restaurant staff in the evening were very helpful and personable. Breakfast was very comprehensive and excellent quality. Sadly we didn't have time to try the Indoor Pool.
