Hotel Ambiente Walldorf

Near the city center,in a quiet neighborhood. parking facilities without charges. Nice breakfast

Close to the highway, quiet place, own garage.I was granted late checkout without additional charges as my flight was only in the evening that day.

Restaurant was not open but this was not an issue as there is a nice turkish place just round the corner with nice food. The room & bathroom were a bit outdated but clean.

Breakfast was very very good, overall staff was nice, helpful and speaking in English. Location is perfect - near to few super-markets, restaurants and 20 min walk to SAP buildings. The WiFi connection is very good in the hotel.

Hotel doesn't have much of facilities. There was no good place for a group e.g. to sit and work together. My room was ok, but not very good. It was unfortunately dark and a bit stinking:(

Everything is wonderful here: very well-maintained throughout the hotel from lobby, corridors, elevator to fitness/wellness area & room, great awesome breakfast, garage parking, feeding bowls & even snacks for our two lil‘ dogs (additional €25 cleaning fees for our 2N-stay w/ our pets) as well as the always friendly personnel & their superb service. On check-in the lovely & thoughtful hotel staff also left a choco box w/ birthday greetings note in our room (upgraded, thank you!) as a pleasant surprise for my husband because we were there to celebrate the occasion. Our heartfelt thanks to the entire team for the nice & comfortable stay. :)

We love everything here & look forward to return.

Breakfast was amazing! Staff super friendly. Room was great

Coffee was already empty in the room when we arrived. Door key was not working.

The location of the hotel is perfect. You have grocery stores, public transportation and restaurants in walking distance.

The ventilator in the bathroom was very loud. The breakfasts were tasty, but almost the same every day. The pillow was too big, but thin.

Friendly staffs. Free parking. Pets friendly. We booked a triple room and the room size is big. 5 mins walking to the city center where you can find some restaurants.

There are two small issues: 1/ 25 euros per night for bringing a small dog seems to be overly expensive; 2/ we booked a triple room, so one single bed was extra, but the mattress of the extra bed was too stiff

The hotel is in the centre of town near many different restaurants (I recommend landgraf Basque). Inside the facility is very nice, clean and cosy. The room was big and comfortable.Breakfast was great, with everything you could wish for.

Supernice hotel with very nice decoration. Comfortable big room as we were 3, and even bowls given for a dog with a small snack. Nice touch. Good location near highway. Very nice small quiet town. Great breakfast. Absolute bonus was a very good sauna and jacuzzi, that was kindly turn on for us only in the early morning. Lovely. Would love to go back. Price was also totally reasonable.

Does not look anything special outside but very nicely done inside.

On site parking, good breakfast, strong Wi-Fi, room was clean, front desk staff was very helpful.

Very comfortable room, air conditioning at perfect temperature, staff extremely friendly.

Nice breakfast and sport wellness on premise.

Air-conditioning was a bit weak for hot days. Only 1 German style square pillow was provided for a double bed.

Ease of access

The border between the bathroom and the rest of the room has a thin metal sheet. It hurt one of my feet. But then again, I'm disabled, so it might not be an issue.

Hotel is located in the center of Walldorf and everything is nearby. There is also a shuttle available to the SAP traning center.Breakfast was excellent and the staff was everytime very kind and helpfull. The room size was good and everything was clean.Sauna and whirlpool is also available.

Safe was not available in the room. The furniture is a little bit outdated, but everything was working fine.

The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Please give your staff awards!Dominic went beyond to help us - He made us comfortable, helped us - even took us to the railway station to help us book the ticket back to Walldorf. They made sure we have everything we need during our stay.

the best hotel you can find if you are on the road. good location just a few minutes from highway. sauna and a pool to relax . very nice breakfast. very helpfull and good staff

Location good minutes walk from the high street. Good buffet style breakfast. Secure underground parking at no extra cost.

We were informed on arrival that room services ie making bed and change of towels etc would only take place every 3 days. As we had arranged a 3 night stay room service was non existent! This is unacceptable for a 4 star hotel and we made our views known to the management who in reply and unapologetic claimed they were following suit of other hotels not only in the area but also Germany generally. Clearly untrue as our stays at other hotels during previous days did not confirm this! As we have stayed at this hotel several times in the past we were clearly disappointed and the hotel really needs to get its act together?

Everything was perfect during our stay. The hotel is located conveniently if you are travelling on the highway, and there is plenty of restaurants nearby in the village. The staff is the best feature of this hotel, they are very nice and helpful. We had a few extra requests and they helped us with all of them. The rooms had everything you may need including a minifridge, and they were every clean. The breakfast was really good and abundant. We will definitely come back!
