Leonardo Kolymbia Resort Rhodes

Mostly everything - food was great, everywhere very clean and tidy, friendly service, clean pool. Very cozy place to spend your vacation.Nice welcome and farewell. We arrived just after dinner hours, but there were sandwitches, fruits & a bottle of wine in our room. For farewell, we got chocolate and a gift, so we felt very welcome.

A little bit small dedicated beach area, but still good place to stay.

We were lucky enough to be upgraded to their new rooms with a private pool. The rooms were clean and modern and a decent size. The staff were all so friendly and ensured we were well looked after, including helping repair our pram wheel for us. Thank you for the best first family holiday we could have asked for!

Nothing, i wouldn't change our trip.

The staff was amazing – friendly, helpful, and attentive. This truly includes almost everyone we interacted with. The facilities were also excellent, well-maintained, and enjoyable.

Although there was plenty of food, after a while it became quite repetitive. The bed was made up of two separate mattresses that kept sliding apart, which made it uncomfortable to sleep on. Additionally, the location was a bit inconvenient, being about 30 minutes by car from Lindos and around 25 minutes from the Old City.

The property was very nice. The pool was very vibrant and good. I really liked the staff and how they interacted with children to make them happy. Finally, I want to thank the man who works at the pool bar and him being so kind and helpful for my kids when they want an order and giving them a smile on their face everyday.

The entertainment area near the dining place was quite good but a part of the area where the kids were dancing was very small and in my opinion they should make it bigger to allow more children to enjoy their time and express their happiness.

The stuff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. They upgrated our room to be more compurtable with the kids. We have enjoyed our stay in the hotel.

Menu was varied. The pool area was big enough.

Dishes was sometimes dirty, room cleaning wasn't also so good. Smoking on balconies, pool area and lounge area. Smokers could have a separate area where they are only allowed to smoke.

The room allocated to us was smaller than we booked.

They allowed us have lunch on the day we vacated to our surprise, we had impression that the lunch is not included (we took all inclusive)

We have booked a large twin rooms with large double bed and sofa etc, the room we were given was tiny. The toilet/bath was very small. A friend of mine could not use the toile because of the cramp space and he used common toilets available within building.

All staff from reception, bar, restaurant and cleaning team all so friendly and accommodating. Would absolutely recommend. Food choice on restaurant was very good.

Everything was brilliant, all I’d say is the food could have been warmer.

Overall, even though the hotel staff was friendly and tried to help, our overall stay wasn't good. I wouldn't rate it as a 5 stars hotel, perhaps a 3 stars. The rooms cleanliness wasn't good, in one room we've had many ants, in the other there were red bugs- Hotel staff could only suggested to change the sheets and pillows. Rooms were also very small. Food- Quantity was good, but it wasn't tasty. After being in other hotels in Greece, I don't think it's a 5 stars standard, unfortunately- Will not recommend.

Little to no soundproofing in the rooms - can hear everything in the corridors, even the birds that fly through every morning. A bit rough around the edges of the resort - the sports/games areas could do with a bit of TLC to make them look more attractive. The beach area was a right mess, possibly from the recent storms. We had bad weather during our stay and it was the first week of the low season so not a lot open in Kolymbia itself. Rhodes Old Town and Lindos were fully open though.

Fantastic staff in every position. Extremely helpful but not annoying. Especially bar tender Sakis in pool bar - big thanks for wonderful time spent.Food was also very tasty and everybody could fimd something within their choice. We were also upgraded to suites free of charge.

Really nothing. Great value for money.

Nice beach

The food was not tasty. There was not enough variety for vagetsrian. The alcohol was very cheap. The food near the pool was bad and the birds were eating from the food. It is a 4 star hotel.

That was our first time in Rhodos, and the hotel was actually better than we expected previously.- Clean room- Friendly Staff- Well organized accomadation- Great and delicious food- Good location Thank you for everything :) :) :)

Staff was super friendly and helpful, thanks to Kiki for the early check-in. Breakfast was excellent, lunch and dinner were ok. For this end of the season rate you really couldn’t ask for more. The price/quality ratio was very good compared to other hotels in the same price category.

Quiet, relaxed. No overbearing entertainment. Gentle "jazzy" music in the background was appreciated. Friendly staff. Felt well looked after rather than just one of a thousand guests (which easily happens in other places). Location was also great.

Food buffet could have been a bit more inspiring.

Facilities were spotlessly clean and staff members work so hard to make your holiday very special. From the moment you walk through the doors until your departure. food is great and catering for everyone’s dietary needs.

Spa facilities were dirty and very grubby. Also not very hygienic with towels being used from previous customer. The masseuse was from an externally company to provide the service. For me this let the hotel down as the service was despicable. When you pay for a 60min full body massage with essential Greek oils and get a basic back rub with olive oil which lasted 30 mins for me this is not meeting customer needs. When addressed with the masseuse she informed that she had to attend a wedding rehearsal. This is Not acceptable and doesn’t represent the hotel and their staff
